Logistic issues but would buy again
I made my purchase with Just Racket after finding out that they had the best price for the racket I was looking for.
However, I was sent the wrong racket (wrong color). They replied to my email within 24 hours, and sent me a free return label. They shipped again the correct racket restringed with a couple of tennis balls tubes as gift.
Good price, logistic issue but good customer service, would buy again.

Great service and fast delivery
This was the first time I've bought a racket from Just Rackets, but I'd definitely use them again. I called Gary in the tennis shop, at Letchworth where they are based. He was very helpful and confirmed the Head MP Speed L was in stock and with the free string upgrade it would take 3 to 5 days. It actually arrived in Leeds, via Royal Mail 2 days later.
