Love the item
Love the item, however having to pay an additional £6 for delivery is too steep, especially when the item took 4 days.

I want to apologise for the confusion around the string that was fitted to your racket. You were assured it matched what you requested, and it’s clear that this has not been your experience. That is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and I fully understand why this has left you feeling misled.
Please be assured there was no intention to supply an incorrect or inferior product. However, I accept that the outcome matters more than intent, and in this case we have let you down.
I would very much like the opportunity to put this right for you, whether that’s by restringing the racket with the correct string, offering a refund for the stringing, or another solution that you feel is fair. If you’re open to this, please reply directly and I will personally take care of it.

I ordered a racket from this site. The next day, Gary contacted me to say he had gone to the warehouse and seen the racket I ordered was out of stock. He offered me the option of a different colour or a refund. I chose the refund, and he refunded me immediately. Exemplary.
