Excellent and highly professional service. He arrived right on time and quickly cleared out 14 heavy bags (including cat litter) without any hassle. He was polite, deeply understanding, and non-judgmental during a stressful time for me. I am so grateful for his quick work and kind attitude. Highly recommend!

I sent photos of garden rubbish and was quoted £140 which I thought was cheap. When he got here the price went up to £200 by the time he was finished the bill had gone up to £270 I paid this but wasn’t happy. I can’t fault his work he worked very hard and I was glad to see the cleared garden. Would I use again ? Absolutely not.

Phoned for a quote, boys with van arrived within 20 mins. Accepted very reasonable quote & items were uplifted immediately. Would recommend Junk me & will use again.

Arrived promptly after submitting an online form, caught me off guard with the speed. They are SEPA registered, so at least I know it won't be dumped in a layby, arrived more promptly than I expected and considering rental of a 16 Yard skip is a similar price, I have no problem with the cost. The fact two guys turn up to move it all as well, the price is reasonable. No waiting for a skip to be picked up after filling it.

I had on old kitchen and worktops, cardboard, ect..Got their phone number online, phoned and 10 mins later the guys were at the door, they gave me a quote and we agreed on a price, the guys were very nice, they also brushed up afterwards, would use them again as it was all done from phone call and loading the rubbish in 40 mins

Very good prompt service, two big lads got stuck in and removed piles of assorted heavy junk and a wind damaged fence. Hard working cheerful guys ,only stopped for a cup of tea. Nothing was too much trouble Good price. No problems, Highly recommended team.

I asked Junk Me to collect and dispose of a chest freezer.
I was given a very reasonable quote over the phone and agreed for collection the following afternoon.
Two smartly dressed and polite workers arrived on time, confirmed the price was as quoted and took the freezer away within minutes.

These guys just intimidated and bullied my daughter (who was on her own, big hard guys eh!?) out of more money than was initially agreed.
I'll tell you this, you've picked pn the wrong person! Currently awaiting to hear back from the police to report them for bullying, intimidation and coercive behaviour. Shame on you!!!

The two men turned up late, didn't complete the job properly and then demanded I pay more than the quoted amount at the end. I refused to pay more as the job had been very clearly outlined before quoting with photos and description. It was very unpleasant experience and they waited outside my house until I had paid by bank transfer. I had to complete the work myself. I wouldn't ever recommend this company and felt very pressured and uncomfortable with their attitude.

Very polite but called 40 mins late to cancel as too busy to fit me in, when explained I'd taken a day off work to keep agreed collection appointment, said would call back, had to call them back as didn't call, still same reply, no offer of any reduction for rescheduling to next day, waste of time

Hi I got junk me to come to dismantle my hut and take it away along with some rubbish I needed taking away two men came they we're nice took it all away and tidyed up after them self they done it with in half an hour of phoning they we're very polite great company

DO NOT USE! Junk Me will give you a low ball estimate regardless of the detailed photos and descriptions you give them. They estimated £180 to remove the following description and photographs I gave them on their website.
"I have an under-pavement cellar that has bin bags of rotting wood logs that need removing. There is also a mound of soil and various plant pots full of soil that also need removing. There is an iron wine rack that need to go too. There are also two glass topped tables to go from a second cellar at the same address. I hope you can help with this"
They Quoted £180 for the service.
When the guys showed up they wanted a total of £750 to do the job. They only removed half of the easy stuff i.e. the tables and bags of logs and left the soil behind. I only paid half the money. They definitely didn't want to remove the soil as that would be too much hard work.
They moaned and whined like babies throughout the job and were discourteous and lazy.
When I emailed them I didn't get a reply.

Wish I had read the reviews before booking. I was quoted £80 for the items I wanted removed. Too good to be true. My total bill ended up at £380. Make sure you get the right quote before booking.

Completely misleading. I was asked to send photos of the rubbish, told it would be £150 to £200. Then charged £300 plus vat making it £360. They claim to give a discount for wood and other recyclables... Most of our waste was wood. Not a penny discount was given. Do not trust or use this company...
