I received my rebounder and my handle on the same day. One piece of the handle was made incorrectly. I called up and they had me send a picture and it was replaced immediately so that was very fast turnaround. They fixed the problem. It was great no hassle at all. It was great customer service.

I emailed when I saw the product out of stock and received a quick and courteous response letting me know the rebounder I wanted would be back in stock with in the next week. A few days later it was in stock and I placed my order. I accidentally order the wrong handle bar so I emailed again. Customer service was great! They fixed my order and I had my new rebounder and handle bar within a week.

Got the Elevate color, clean look except for a brown greasy substance on 8 of the white bungees. Been scrubbing them Other than that nice rebounder!

I purchased the quick release adjustable handlebar for my 39” rebounder in black. Loved the easy assembly and was so simple to attached to the unit, even for a 70+ grandma!!

I can tell a difference in how I feel since I have been using it. It is wonderful and the quality is great.

The product itself is amazingly sturdy on the daily use of my son with Special Needs. My son jumps about 3 times a day on his trampoline. He wore out the caps and some of the plugs. We ordered another cap set with plugs. The accessories came as quickly as they could get here and he was back to his jumping routine. It took several years before they got replaced.

Well built and arrives put together, It has great bounce and the 39" is sufficient!

Very pleased with my new JumpSport 350 Pro! It arrived mostly assembled, only needing the legs to be screwed on.
It was ready to go in minutes and I have been happily bouncing ever since.
