What a glorious bunch of individuals.

I have mainly used the Tonbridge branch but have bought from Tunbridge Wells as well as online or over the phone.

Vast amount of knowledge between the guys and gals in store and always happy to help, make recommendations or chat about anything else that you would care to chat about. They do customer service right too, any problem no matter how small is resolved in no time at all.

So if just starting in the world of vaping or an old pro these guys will definitely be able to help you out.

Very helpful and friendly staff always have what I need if not can get it in very quickly or send it directly to your house would definitely recommend this store and one of their other stores locally one of the best in the business thanks JT’s

Easy to order and very straight forward process. Next day delivery and well packaged, would highly recommend.

Always amazing service and very accommodating.

I honestly can’t rate JT’s any better. Without question the best company I have used for ecig liquid in the past 10 years. The liquid is of top quality and flavour (since trying it, I haven’t bought from anywhere else).

Furthermore, when ordering liquid, the delivery time is outstanding!

I will not change if they don’t!

JT’s is an excellent provider of very good quality products from juices to devices and tanks, the vast array of juices available in their shops provides for everyone’s tastes and requirements, they offer an excellent range of devices and tanks including atomisers, the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable on their range of products, Cristina at Tunbridge Wells is very friendly and helpful, she is always happy to help and advise customers with any questions they have regarding their device issues or looking for advice on new flavours to try, Cristina is an asset to JT’s.

This is a great vape shop! Lots of different flavours to choose from and Adam is a great member of the team! He is very helpful. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and has great knowledge when it comes to the vapes, coils and juices. He went above and beyond to help me and I will definitely be returning. Absolutely recommend!

Good products, good prices and prompt delivery

When ordering online the delivery is always exceptional! The majority of the time it was hand delivered that day or early morning the following day. Even though I’m paying for delivery, I just think it’s the little things like that which keep me ordering from them.
