I was interested in upgrading my car .I dealt with Amy the cars sales rep .we discussed what I needed and she delivered the right vehicle (hyundia tuscon n line s ) what a car .all paperwork was easy .on collection amy sat in the car showed me all the controls so felt quite confident reading all displays when I drove away .the after sales service has been great via Amy ringing making sure everything all OK. And if unsure of anything just pop back and she would show me .oh by the way cars great .well done to everyone concerned .

As usual, my experience with the staff at J T Hughes at Newtown is positive, I had a problem with my back window & my offside back wheel, sat and waited while the technicians were working, and when done, happy with the jobs done, always professional and friendly and deserve better treatment from members of the public, would recommend .

My car was due an MOT.Although it passed J T Hughes advised some attention was needed.They gave me a price and i will book the car in for this work.

It was a relaxed and pleasant purchase at J. T. Hughes, Honda, Shrewsbury. The sales person was a pleasant young lady, Shannon Hunter who was helpful, informative and very professional throughout without ever resorting to sales waffle.

I enquired online... received a call off salesman Paul within minutes... told him what I was after and within hours he found me what I wanted... had a test drive the next day and purchased. pleasant transaction and good communication all the way through.

After spending to have new disc’s pad’s a brake inspection and service I was disappointed that the brakes started failing within 248 miles due to seal leaking in a rear calliper when the car was returned to them to be repaired I further had to pay for an exchange calliper which was fair enough but having to pay the labour to fit what was essentially a mistake on their part was again disappointing,I have spoken to a number of mechanics who have checked out the photos of the calliper and all came to the same conclusion that the piston was not inspected and cleaned properly before the piston was wound in , once again disappointing from a main dealer having used them for many years I expected better

Sophie fitted my car in at short notice, due to a puncture. I only had a new front tyre in March 2023, and the prognosis wasn't good with a bolt going through my tyre causing the puncture. The mechanic took his time and managed to repair the puncture, so a lot of cost was saved. Many Thanks for a first class service 👍

The staff are all friendly and helpful. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Even there there is a screen on, telling the customers' progress shown. Impressed!

The Sevice Team were friendly and knowledgeable. My Hyundai was processed quickly , the reception area where I waited was comfortable and well equipped.
The cost was reasonable.
