I unwittingly selected the wrong destination when I purchased my travel insurance. Got an email the next morning asking me if the destination was correct. When I responded with the correct destination, policy was updated immediately. Very happy with service.

They made every effort to make sure that we had the right Insurance for a couple of trips with very different and difficult requirements.

I've been with JS for several years now for European travel cover with additional policy to cover parachuting. The renewal process, on every occasion, has been quick and painless. Communications are prompt. On the occasions you do need to speak with someone, assistance is friendly, open and on point. Would highly recommend!

Cain was very patient both via email and over the phone addressing all my concerns to get the right cover. Great clear answers to all my questions. Very thorough with clear advise as to the cover provided and not at all pushy to add extra (unnecessary for us) options that were available should you require. Friendly and pleasant with no hard sell just a real interest in our travels. Reassured we now have affordable good cover in place. Hopefully we will never need to use the insurance but feel confident they would be just as helpful should the need arise. Defineately recommend trying them FIRST if your looking for great cover especially if you plan doing more interesting things on your holiday. A+++

Thanks to JS Insurance I was able to get travel insurance to work in an animal sanctuary at the age of 72. They were very helpful in terms of talking me through the options and ensuring that my needs were met. Recommend, especially to older people wanting to continue to be adventurous.
