The owner of this company writes his…

The owner of this company writes his own 5 star reviews to hype his business up. Fake name/email address etc
He also lies to get less then 5 star reviews removed/hides by Google (hence why there isn’t any 1 star reviews any more on Google when searching this joke of a company)
Do not use as you may have the costly bad experience I did.

EVERYBODY WHO READS THIS DONT BELIEVE HIS BS JUST TO SAVE FACE AND HYPE HIS BUSINESS. HE HAS REMOVED ALL NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS INCLUDING THE PICTURES/SCREENSHOTS OF HIS INCOMPETENT WORK AND THE FIRST REPLY IN WHERE HE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC IN WHICH I UPLOADED.

❌DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THE WORD HAS BEEN SPREAD AND THE PICTURES ETC HAVE BEEN SEEN❌
The ones he has hidden from the general public! That is what a review system is 😉👍🏻

Fortunately for me - people will see you’re posting fake allegations and trying to get a rise, but all you’re doing is highlighting just what great service we provide here at JR :)

If anyone is looking for someone that cares for your vehicle then don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We have a secure lockup space with CCTV 24/7, this ensures any issues can be swiftly put to bed knowing it’s all captured on camera.

JR Detailing deserve a 5 star review…

JR Detailing deserve a 5 star review for their services offered to me. No hard sell, sound advice and diligent work was provided by James and Pete.
I am delighted with the end product - a 15 year old, black car which wouldn’t have looked out of place in a showroom!
As a new client, I can only speak as I find. If you are the owner of a vehicle which could do with a bit of rejuvenation to its paintwork, I have no hesitation in recommending this company. They will make all efforts to ensure that you leave their premises with a smile on your face and that your pride of ownership will be restored.
A big ‘thank you’ goes to James and Pete.

Perfect if you want better then new results

To say that I am pleased with the result would be an understatement. The car, 2016 Corvette, looks better than it did when it was brand new in a showroom. Actually it looks better than any car I have seen in a showroom. Even bits of it that were suffering a bit have come up with an amazing lustre. I’ll be bringing other cars here in the fullness of time, and frankly I’m excited at the prospect.

Very dissatisfied

Very dissatisfied. Poor finish. Unprofessional company. Customer service non existent. Will not use this company again.

Yes the car had some stone chips but the damage to the bumper was done when you had the car by a polisher. If you look at the photo I sent you of the reg no for the paint you can see there is no scuff marks on the bumber. You requested I bring the car back to see for your self and then ordered me to leave and would not listen to my complaint. I would not recommend you to anyone. Not the showroom finish you offer and your after sales is non existent.

I can’t keep up with your editing comments to suit your agender, all I will say is you are trying to defraud my company and I won’t have that at all, the unit has 2 CCTV cameras inside and 3 outside, so if you were that sure about your fictitious claims, especially one of damage via a machine?? That’s clear you’ve either been hit by another vehicle or you’ve reversed into something substantial- you would have done something about it after myself offering you an inspection of the car and from
Other companies also confirming your allegations are an attempt at fraud - yes FRAUD!!

Unfortunately as I explain to all customers - if pre existing damage from years of driving and bad driving practises is present, then simply polishing a car will not rid of cracked bumpers, years of stone chip damage on the front bumper and bonnet and an interior which could only be described as “lived in”
As I said to you and even copied you into a couple of emails, you could have had the car inspected but it would only tell you what we already know. The car really needs a body shop to repair years of damage that you have. Thanks for the review though as it shows me you haven’t read or understood anything several professionals are telling you. I wish you well

Bardzo dobry kontakt. Wgniecenia na drzwiach i nadkolu usunięte bez śladu. Czas naprawy krótszy niż planowany. Wszystko zgodnie z ustaleniami przed naprawą. Pełen profesjonalizm! Polecam!
