Me cobraron mi compra y en el estado de…

Me cobraron mi compra y en el estado de pago me dice que está "pagado" pero me arroja un error y me dice "Your transaction can't be processed".
Me comuniqué con soporte y me dijeron que el pago no fue exitoso porque lo hice fuera de tiempo (cosa que no es verdad) y por último me dijeron que me comunicara con mi banco. Servicio al cliente no me solucionó ni reembolsó nada.

Edit: después de unos 4-5 días, ya se me regresó el dinero

Purchased MLBB diamonds worth 250 Dias yet it was not credited in my Mobile legend account. Reported it to customer service and promptly send an email to provide screenshots to report that my payment push through but the diamonds suppose to be credited did not happen. Got ghosted by the provided services center.
