I rarely leave reviews, but this experience pushed me to speak up. I purchased a gift card expecting a simple, reliable process, especially since it was meant for a specific occasion. Unfortunately, things did not go as promised.

After completing payment, the experience changed completely. Delivery was not clear as expected, and there was little to no transparency about what was going on. For something that should be instant or at least predictable, this was veery worrying.

What made the situation worse was the lack of proper support. I reached out multiple times hoping to resolve the issue, but responses were either delayed and didn't address the problem in a meaningful way. It felt like once the payment was made, getting help became difficult.

At the end of the day, I paid for a service that did not deliver the experience I was promised. This left me feeling misled and frustrated.

I strongly recommend others do thorough research before using this service, especially if the gift is time-sensitive.

My experience with this company was extremely concerning. I placed an order and completed payment, but what followewd did not match what was promised at all.

Communication was also a major issue, I reached out multiple times and no meaningful resolution.

At this point, I feel like I paid for someting I didn't actually get proper value for, which is very disappointing.

I would strongly advice others to be cautious and do thorough research before ordering.

I paid $20 itunes card and I received a confirmation that my funds has been received and it has been more than 24 hours I have not received my card. This is a scam of a website, no one should use them! I will report them on other platforms.

They are reliable

I made a purchase of $100 visa card on jour-cards since 10.102025 unfortunately I used an email that has been closed to make the purchase, immediately I realised the mistake I have been reaching out to them with my other email sending the details of the transactions and my email address used to make the purchase, up till now there has not been a single reply from them, I don't know at this point if they intend to deliver my purchase or not, and the fact that their customer service don't reply to emails make it more frustrating. Guys be careful

I recently picked up some gift cards from Jour-card, and I have to say, their services are always speedy and dependable! I truly enjoyed every moment of our transaction, and it was not only fast but also super well-delivered to me.

Jour card has refused to neither give me what i paid for or reimburse me, Jourcard is a cheater

I bought a card from them today and they didn't send it they are stealing people's money it is high time Trustpilot brings them down.

I feel very bad for getting ripped by jourcard after purchasing an iTunes card of $15 and I was giving a used iTunes card to my email I feel very bed for jourcard and I think they need shutdown then getting People ripped off from there hard earn money very very bad

Jourcards, you mailed me to put down the negative post and you’d get my card problem I paid for resolved. You never did and as soon as I posted this positive post. You stopped mailing me and my $48 is just gone. This is rip off and it makes no sense.

I had an issue with one of their products and it was resolved in less than 4hours, Good customers services.

I bought bought best buy gift card from this site for 28$ for more than 24hrs now i do not get the product from them. i tried to email them no response till now . how can they be trying to scam us? this is a very bad experience .

I PURCHASED A $60 GIFT CARD FOR MY NETFLIX ACCOUNT BUT DID NOT GET THE VALUE FOR MY MONEY.
AFTER PURCHASE, I WAS SENT AN EMAIL THAT SUPPOSED TO CONTAIN MY E-PINS SINCE I WAS TOLD I WILL RECEIVE THE E-PINS IN 2 LINKS OF $30 EACH , ON RECEIVING THE LINKS , I CLICKED BUT WAS WELCOMED WITH ERROR MESSAGE SAYING “SOMETHING WRONG “ . ALL MY EFFORTS TO REACH THE CUSTOMER CARE THROUGH EMAIL SEEM FAILED. I HAVE SENT SERIES OF EMAILS BEFORE WRITING THIS REVIEW. I REALLY HATE TO DO THIS BUT I HAVE TO BECAUSE I NEED MY HARD EARNED MONEY OR VOUCHERS RIGHT NOW
