Joulberry  Recensioni

I have bought a number of pieces of jewellery from Joulberry over the years and always loved their style and service so it was the first place we wanted to look for my engagement/wedding ring. After a number of visits, lots of trying on and helpful, friendly service from Sandra, Terese and Megan, I chose a stunning diamond ring. I also wanted some diamond earrings but couldn't find what I wanted so Joulberry made a pair in white gold which they only had in rose gold in stock. They are beautiful. The whole experience was was lovely and all the staff are so patient and interested. It will always be my first port of call for jewellery and I love it being so local.

Very helpful accommodating lovely ladies from Joulberry made 2 different pendants for me , one a gift and one for me . Kept me up to speed every step of the way with how things were progressing and the finished results in both cases were gorgeous . Thoroughly nice people and very pretty and original jewellery pieces here . Highly recommended !

Joulberry earings are the best. Easy to wear and a good choice of gold and silver

Above and beyond customer experience! Joulberry helped me to create the perfect gift, altering an existing product to suit my needs and proactively keeping me informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Joulberry and on this occasion Megan in particular! Thank you.

Although we live relatively close this was our first visit. My partner and I were out looking for a suitable present for my Sister's milestone Birthday. I had no idea what to get her, but the assistant was very attentive and helped us make a choice by means of some incisive questions. She helped us decide on a Petite Sphere Necklace which my sister adored. Very unique jewellery and a very personal service. Very pleased.

I love Joulberry! I've bought presents for friends and presents for myself! It's beautifully designed and created, with a good range of prices and the staff really care about their customers.

I recently bought the silver stacking rings for a Christmas gift. They were absolutely beautifully wrapped and looked very special. I have bought many pieces over the years and they still look as beautiful as the day I bought them. Thank you Joulberry

I have been a customer of Joulberry since they opened. Prices have increased by quite a margin which I accept BUT just before Christmas the “up sold me” after saying what I wanted was available but when I went in only larger pearls were now available although on checking the website the ones I originally ordered were still available. To me this is unacceptable. Trust is broken and I am not sure I will return.

Lovely experience at the shop, with excellent advice given . Beautiful products. Very happy with my Christmas necklace and Birthday earrings.

Created a bespoke ring with a nightmare sized stone that had lots of sentimental value. The piece is beautiful and the service and experience was great. Cannot recommend Therese enough and she was perfect throughout the process.

Bought a lovely pearl bracelet for my daughter’s 16th birthday and she loves it. Professional service and superb quality

What a find! Such gorgeous jewellery...I rarely take off my rose gold sphere necklace..I absolutely love it.
They also took care of a repair of my eternity ring - fantastic job.
Really helpful team, attentive and personal.
It’s a beautiful jewellery shop you will not be disappointed.

I can't recommend enough to stop by and fall in love with this place and the most unique and beautiful pieces of jewellery you will find there. The fantastic service made the whole experience complete, thanks to the team!

My experience of Joulberry has always been really fulfilling and highly professional, yet personal and catered exactly to my needs.

I have on numerous special occasions bought memorable gifts for friends and family which they have loved and wear with so much style, pride and joy :)

It is definitely my 'go to' place for finding meaningful, super high quality, beautiful and original jewellery and gifts.

Going into this place is always such a great experience. Beautiful displays of their products and a superb and friendly service!

If you want something unique, special & sparkly made with love & care go to Joulberry & ask for Therese. She’ll work with you to design exactly what you want, I loved the whole experience. Great customer service. Thank you.

Beautiful jewellery shop with fantastic service, the pieces are unique and make perfect gifts, can’t recommend enough!

I nudge my husband and kids towards Joulberry for gifts. I love the design, quality, and the shop is just beautiful!

What a cool boutique jewellery shop that I was recommended by a friend. I needed a present for my wife and and I got the best service and a beautiful necklace. Didn’t break the bank but most importantly, my wife is super pleased. Easy to park in Hampton Court too. I have 3 daughters so I know I’ll be returning!! 😄

The attention to detail that goes into every piece is incredible. I have over six pieces now and each one is so personal and unique. It is such a lovely experience every time I pop into Joulberry and the staff are so lovely.
