Excellent quality kitchen cabinet knobs in cast iron. Look great on my cabinets. Customer service is second to none. Wouldn't hesitate to order again from this company or to recommend them

I made an error in ordering a brass…
I made an error in ordering a brass door knocker. I contacted Dave at Jones&Grey Customer Services. He was very helpful and dealt politely with me - even though it was my error. A full refund was paid without any problems.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company and using them again.

Bought some handles for the kitchen cupboards, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, which was a shame because they were very nice handles, anyway I contacted Jones and Grey and explained what had happened and a nice gentleman called Dave told me to send them back and they would refund them, which I did and they issued a full refund, thank you Jones and Grey for an excellent service, I would definitely buy from them again A++

I purchased some beautiful satin matt black round knobs from Jones and Grey; they are fabulous quality! Their customer service is excellent, replying to my queries quickly. Thank you…I’ll be purchasing the handles with a lock as soon as they come in!

Fabulous! I ordered beautiful handles for my doors but unfortunately due to the existing holes in my doors the knobs wouldn’t work. We only found this out recently which was outside of the returns date but Adam was so accommodating and agreed to accept the return. Wouldn’t hesitate using again. The items were beautiful and customer service was second to none!
