Pentland landrover Edinburgh are actively selling a CAT N range rover vogue. The car was written off in 2021 and sold by copart as scrap. They are selling this car as approved used, thankfully i done the checks before purchase, i informed the general manager of this and he said he would remove it from sale but 24hrs later it was put back up for sale. The car is currently being sold for £33k the last three letters of the reg are (VOF). Share this far and wide, this company clearly shouldnt hold a landrover franchise.

Excellent facility. Great selection of new, ex demo, and used vehicles. Friendly welcome by the reception team. Ben Laming, Sales Consultant, was very professional and helpful throughout the process. Jayne Leishman also provided helpful information and support. Collectively, they took time to ensure we chose the correct vehicle and provided clear financial information.

It's unfortunate to have read many bad reviews but I suppose bad feedback makes feedback" you don't see the good so easily. Anyway with me I'm a very experienced used car buyer, I found an Evoque here low mileage & maxed to the hilt with every extra imaginable! I travelled from Hebden Bridge Yorkshire to pick it up it is that good" I had a very good sales & handover experience from a James Sheldon, so if you buy? Buy from him 👌

From start to finish I could not have asked for better service leasa made it so easy! Going above and beyond for me I can’t thank her enough great experience and some laughs along the way.

James Sheldon was very helpful and accommodating from the get go. Nothing was too much hassle and all my questions/queries about the vehicle were responded to promptly and transparently. The vehicle is great and we are very pleased with the service received.

My experience has been shocking . Rang to discuss a Range Rover , started the process of discussing the car , raised concerns it had not been serviced from new for 27 months , was assured the car was mechanically in perfect condition . The advert clearly stated a “rare “ feature - Tow Assist with automatic tow bar. Went through the process of asking for the full VIN No specification of the car . After seeing this went through finance proposal , this was where the behaviour of the dealership became suspicious. They added to my finance agreement a £50 fuel / charge cost , in 40 years of buying prestige cars no dealership has ever charged me a fuel charge , and since electric cars came on to the market an electric charge of £50 ( we all know £50 is excessive and far more than the cost to fully charge a car ) They also under valued my trade in by 2-3k and then lied about a WBAC valuation they completed , clearly they did an online valuation most likely down grading the car they had not seen the lowest grade . But now I come onto the serious point , after numerous email exchanges , to the point where I was going to buy the car , a new salesman drops this into the conversation , the Tow Bar has been deactivated and is not available to use, it has a fault and is not financially viable to repair . What a joke, there I am a long way down the line to buying a car described on their website as have a “rare”,feature , “tow bar “ and the feature is not there because it is broken and they will not repair it . When I emailed my dissatisfaction with this the sales manager he has not even emailed or rung to apologise.

Still waiting for my car 10 days on
Very poor communication on updates what is happening and when i can expect it,due to a fault when getting serviced ,this should have been done before due to pick up,then parts to order ?never return calls.so back to your question No i havent had good journeys with my car that is bought and paid for

From start to finish my experience with Abie was seamless.
He listened to what it needs were and suggested the model of car that suited my needs best.

Yan was outstanding. Not pushy and very good at explaining the car.

Car had its 10 year service and all went very smoothly including collecting and returning the vehicle which had been cleaned inside and out. Apart from the service schedule you get a choice to select additional services as well. They contact you in advance of any regular service so you can choose a time to suit you. The engineers contact you with a video report on their inspection and give professional advice if anything else is needed/recomended.

We went to have a look at the cars on display and ended up buying one. Colin explained everything very well and answered all our questions. He was very helpful and we had a great experience.
