Quality experience
We were both in awe of the wealth of experience and knowledge Jenni-Leigh has about cars, components, just everything. Nothing was to much bother for her. Such a lovely young lady and a pleasure doing business with her. We have never had such a nice experience buying a car as there was always pressure put on when visiting other Dealerships. This time it was so smooth and she went out of her way to get the car ready for us and we were pleasantly surprised when she called to say the car was ready earlier than we expected. I was treated like a VIP
I was treated like a VIP. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Jackie, on reception, made me coffee, chatted about my car, came out when it was finished and sat in my car to explain some of the functions. She has a mini herself and was truly amazing. I was only in for a minor repair, and staff offered to wash and hoover the car just as a courtesy. Loved that they sent me a video of my car afterwards and showed me the work done. Jackie even said if I have any questions in the future, just pop by and they would help. Would give 10 stars if the option was available, but totally loved the experience.

Great staff giving a first class service

Disliked the finding of broken spring…
Disliked the finding of broken spring not being elevated with Audi. Spring should not have failed on such an age of car that has not been subjected to aggressive driving.

I had a very positive experience buying…
I had a very positive experience buying a second hand BMW from John Clark Motor Group who were very communicative on the selling process. More importantly they were responsive and positive to deal with in terms of aftercare to ensure I had peace of mind as a customer and resolved a minor issue I came across in a fair and reasonable manner. Therefore I would be happy to purchase a future vehicle with this company and would recommend to others.

Work was carried out on my vehicle…
Work was carried out on my vehicle without my approval. I sent my daughter in to see if they had a locking wheel nut key that would fit my car or to order one and also to buy a new set. John Clark carried out the work themselves and charged me for the privilege. I should also add that when my car was in for a service last year, they serviced it but forgot to mention that my MOT had ran out.
