Very experienced salesman, could answer all my queries. Showroom very busy, but organised. Handover was very smooth and more importantly I am delighted with my new car.

Bought a car from this garage a few days after I purchased it the brakes started making high pitched squeaking noises.
Had the car into BMW Aberdeen for the 4th time for them to fix the problem to which they informed me that Motor Choice had fitted aftermarket pads (cheap pads)! I called Motor Choice Perth where the car was purchased for them to say they aren’t willing to get the problem sorted and it is not there problem but they could give me a set of pads then pay for them to be fitted myself !!
Car is under warranty for a year with them and there reply is
“NOT THERE PROBLEM”

I made an enquiry for a BMW with a trade in. I was supported by Malcolm Bell who was fantastic in his approach, timeliness and detail. No question was too much and he made every effort to accommodate me. He worked out a great deal and provided excellent videos and pictures of the car. Great customer service, Finlay from JC Perth did a personalised video of the car for me, answered emails well out of hours and followed up when they found a car they thought might be suitable. Sadly they didn’t have what I was after which was a shame as I would have loved to have bought from them based on the experience I had.
