Had a problem with my new van bought…
bought a brand new 25 plate Renault traffic , once collected I noticed the steering wheel was off centre while driving in a straight line took van back I was told the issue was fixed, later i noticed the drivers front wheel was wearing irregular so contacted them again and was told they couldn't do anything about it so I had to take it else where and it was found the wheel alignment was way off, the van has never been kerb,d or had any knocks this was the way I got it from the factory, worst thing about it the back wheel is off and its fixed can't be adjusted poor show from a van straight from the factory
so basically I've just been fogged off after handing them near 30K
I have the report/printout from garage that carried out the diagnosis and repair

After spending nearly £30,000 on a brand-new vehicle, you would understandably expect it to be delivered in perfect condition and for any concerns raised afterwards to be investigated thoroughly.
Having read your review, it appears that your experience relates to a vehicle purchased and maintained through John Clark Renault, rather than John Clark BYD. While we appreciate your feedback and take all customer concerns seriously, we believe this review may have been posted on the wrong business page.
We will ensure your comments are passed on to our Renault colleagues so that they are aware of the issues you've described regarding the steering alignment, tyre wear, and the subsequent diagnosis and repair. The report you obtained from the independent garage should help them better understand the concerns you've raised.
In the meantime, we would kindly ask whether you would consider removing this review from the John Clark BYD page and reposting it on the John Clark Renault page instead. Very good experience at John Clark BYD - Tony was extremely helpful and made everything easy also the Manager at the branch Rohan was more than helpful in guiding me through my other vehicle - having been with this particular branch for over 12 years and my last experience not being so great - both the above have restored my trust and would have no problem saying to anyone who isn't confident about purchasing a new car these guys will guide you through

Jack was great.
The assistance I got from Jack Edmonstone and Michael Clark was brilliant. There wasn’t any pushiness from either of them. They listened to me and helped me get everything I needed . There was no pushiness by Jack when we went to see about getting into a new car. He sorted things very quickly.

Your salesman was very attentive and ensured I received as much information relating to the car and the financial packages available to me.
Jack Edmonstone made sure over a number of months that I was kept up to date with various options over the 4 or 5 months that he kept in touch with me.

Very pleasant, helpful, and informative staff. All three of the sales team I encountered seemed to enjoy their job, and they couldn't have been more helpful.

Excellent service from the entire team. We went to look at an X-trail which proved to be unsuitable and hadn’t considered BYD. We were very impressed by the quality and prices of the vehicles on offer, the clear explanation of all the purchasing options and the delivery time.
We picked up our new BYD within the week and are very happy with our new car.
