Refund issues; terrible customer service
I placed a £99 reserve on a used car. The trade in offer for my old car was very low so I decided not to go ahead and asked to be refunded my reserve. I was told I'd get an automatic refund within 3 working days. It took 3 weeks and several phone calls to get my refund! And no explanation as to why they took so long. I definitely won't be dealing with this company again; very poor customer service and no follow up with promised phone calls. I had to chase them up. NOT recommended!!

New BYD Dolphin Surfs
We were looking at options for obtaining EV's for our business. After considering local availability, we decided to purchase the vehicles from BYD Inverness. Process was straight forward. New vehicle availability was really good, so the cars were in use less than one month after the initial enquiry. Good after sales support for servicing and maintenance is high on our list of requirements, so purchasing the cars through John Clark Inverness ticked that big box. Very satisfied overall.
