Brett has been extremely understanding and helpful during of the purchase of my Audi A3.

My experience with Dundee Audi has been nothing short of disappointing. We trusted the Audi brand when purchasing remotely while I was overseas for work, and that trust has been completely betrayed.

The car arrived with a chipped windscreen - which we later discovered was actually documented on the MOT as a repair recommendation, but never disclosed to us. Looking back at our "walk around video" provided by the dealer, it appears to have tactically avoided showing both the windscreen damage and the problematic tyre, conveniently only showing the tyres from the "good side." When confronted, Dundee Audi promised to have the windscreen inspected and repaired, yet nothing materialised.

Just 10 days into ownership, the car developed serious central locking and electrical faults, leaving us unable to take the car out in public as it would not consistently lock. On top of this, the left side charging port appeared to be unlocked and flapped open while driving - this has appeared on numerous occasions. Again, Dundee Audi made promises - they would collect the car, provide a courtesy vehicle, and repair the issues. These promises remained unfulfilled.

The problems continued to multiply. The charging ports now refuse to open. While I take responsibility for not inspecting the tyres until about 4 weeks in (my wife is a busy mother of four, and I was away for work), when I finally did examine them within 10 minutes of seeing the car, I was absolutely disgusted. The tread appears below minimum requirements and one tyre has a slash in it - another issue actually listed on a previous MOT but never addressed by the dealer.

Perhaps most telling, Audi's own Customer Service representative admitted the car "should not have left the forecourt" in this condition. We've now been forced to formally invoke our Consumer Rights to return the vehicle.

After less than 600 miles of ownership, we're dealing with multiple serious issues that should never exist in an "Approved" vehicle. The stark contrast between this experience and the excellent service we've previously received from Volvo is night and day.

Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. An "Approved" Audi, it seems, doesn't mean what you'd expect it to.

The personal approach of Gareth and the team was simply first class. The atmosphere in the centre is relaxed and you feel you are getting full attention and the best service.

I did not feel pressured, it was good to know my car had equity and the car I have chosen is wonderful such a smooth ride and fits my golf clubs no problem!
I would recommend Brett to friends and I felt I had got a decent deal and it was turned around quickly given I was starting a new job the following week from selecting the car from stock. Keep up the good work!
