I’ve ordered from Jodia Bazaar multiple times and the experience has always been great. Their customer service really stands out — they’re responsive, helpful, and genuinely try to make sure you find what you’re looking for.
I especially love their chocolates; the quality and variety are excellent. On one occasion, the specific product I wanted was out of stock, but instead of just saying it wasn’t available, they actually took the time to recommend a few similar options I could order instead. That kind of thoughtful service makes a big difference.

They list out of stock products and when you order they will tell you it is not available, yet they dont mention the product is out of stock on the website and continue to receive more orders of the same products.
The people on that chat are clueless about any queries you may have.

Fake company, asked them about Evian water and was told order it from the US. I am located in Karachi, and needed water as they listed it online.
I was trying to get them to sell me Evian water and the contact individual was rude and has no sense of understanding why a foreigner was requesting Evian water in Karachi. If a foreigner comes to Karachi wouldn't they want Evian Water in Karachi? Common sense ( Aam Samaj) is not too common in Pakistan.
