I chose this company because it had good ratings and the website does specify that they know delays happen and that they monitor the flights to ensure that someone is waiting for us at the airport when we get back.
Not so.
Driver was not at the UK airport when we got back from our trip. I had to call him myself ( the company provides you with the driver's number near the time of the flight) and he basically told me off because the flight was delayed. After me calling him again/ messaging him, I received a brief text about him " being on his way". After waiting a while, I had to call Jewels Airport instead- they were apologetic and helpful, and they got in touch with the driver, who then called me to give me clearer instructions. Still, we waited well over an hour on the whole. Unfortunately, it didn't stop there.
The company offered a £20 refund and apologised again ( fine, although not a massive sum considering their claim that " they monitor delays closely to make sure the driver is there to pick us up"). Two days later, the driver texted me to complain that the £20 had been taken off their fee. Not only am I unhappy about the driver getting in touch directly with me ( for obvious reasons, they have my home address), but why is the company taking money off the driver's fee? This is bound to create resentment! I will not use again, and would certainly not recommend!

This was the first time we had used Jewels for transfer from Manchester Airport to Leeds and we were very happy with our pick up and journey at 2.20 am. Everything worked well once we found the minibus pick up area. The driver was very helpful and polite and we had a relaxing 1&half hour drive home. Our only complaint would be that we thought we had booked a saloon and the minibus seats were nowhere near as comfortable as we desired after many hours of travelling.

we coordinated this from our ship as it was docking into Southampton city terminal. Our driver was on time dressed very sharply in a nice black passenger van, which was very clean and roomy for the four of us. We left Southampton and had very pleasant conversation and the driver made a slight detour and let us stop at Windsor Castle for 15 to 30 minutes to see the outside. Take some and just walk around.. We continued our trip into central seeing many of the things on the way to our hotel. It was amazing very cost-effective and we will be using them again on our trip back to Heathrow later in the week. Thank you for a great experience coming into London for our first time.

I wish I could leave zero stars! AVOID at all costs. I rang in advance to speak with this company about a very long transfer (Bath to Holyhead) for my move to Ireland with my cat. They said no problem, so I booked everything up and prepaid. Flash forward to 48 hours before the journey, and I still had no confirmation, so rang up and was told I needed to pay for a larger car and also that my cat would only be allowed in the boot. I wasn't willing to lock my cat in a car boot for 5+ hours, and was shocked nobody told me these apparent rules during my call or at the time of booking, so decided to cancel and was told I'd need to pay a late cancellation fee despite the entire error being the fault of this company who don't communicate their pet terms to customers. The man in charge was extremely rude to me, with not a care in the world, and I've been left paying much more money to change my entire international travel plans last minute to rent a car myself. By the way - I rang a taxi company in Wales who do third-party work for this company and, while they didn't have availability for my journey last-minute, they said they have had all sorts of issues with this company themselves. Absolute shambles and a really negative, unfriendly experience all around. Do not book them for important journeys, or for any journey with a pet unless you fancy locking your pet in a car boot.

Overall quite good. I paid for a meet and greet and no one was there initially. On the reservation confirmation I had been given three driver's number so called him. He said he had been reassigned to somewhere else. I never had an updated number. I called the main office and was then contacted by the actual driver who was lovely.

This is the third time we have used Jewels Airport Transfers from Heathrow to Burnham on Crouch, they are punctual, reliable, helpful, friendly and have clean vehicles. Will definitely be using them again.

We received a call to inform us of a 5 min delay due to traffic. The vehicle arrived when predicted and the driver was polite, pleasant and helpful. The car was clean and spacious. We arrived on time at Manchester Airport and are very happy with the overall experience.
