I use Jewels shuttle on a regular basis and would highly recommend their services to the business or private traveller. Booking is done on line and a simple process. The drivers are friendly, proactive in establishing communications and more importantly punctual.

Not great ! the car had a noise at the back left wheel that sounded like something was dragging at the back of the car, or a faulty break pad? Not sure but it got louder as the journey commenced and the car started shaking at after a while. Which made me nervous. I don’t think cars should be on the road taxing people around unless they are in good road worthy condition. Made me very nervous.

As always, driver was on time, vehicle clean and suitable for the task. I have used Jewel cars several times now for airport runs and have no complaints at all.

Received 3 emails, invoice and booking confirmation for out and return journey - wouldn’t expect anything else. Pick up time came and went - phoned and sent WhatsApp messages multiple times. Made alternative arrangements (at great expense). Finally spoke when we were in the airport - they apparently don’t cover my area! Sorry my crystal ball was broken. Don’t use this firm.

At VERY last notice, we were able to book a taxi from London to Lincoln thanks to Jewels Airport Transfers. LNER cancelled our train on the morning of travel, and did not offer a suitable alternative. Hamid took us from London to Lincoln. His taxi was very clean, and he was very helpful in loading and unloading our bags for us. Jewels Airport Transfers really saved the day for us!

Such an easy and convenient process when using Jewels Airport Transfers. The online booking system is straightforward and efficient. You know immediately how much your journey will cost as you pay upfront. Booking confirmation came through immediately and an emailed reminder of the booking is emailed a day prior to departure. My driver, Greg , arrived on time, greeted me by name, loaded my luggage and helped me into an impeccably clean vehicle , he gave me some water and juice and even told me to use the internet, unbelievable but this company even has its own internet (Wifi ❤️) .The journey was smooth and enjoyable. I would gladly use this service again. Highly recommended.

We took a taxi with Jewels airport transfers, our driver Greg was kind & verry professional!
He was right on time to pick us up & we felt verry safe along the way.
Our cruise company also changed the arrival terminal last minute in Southampton, so we contacted Jewels airport transfers & they helped us in no time!
When we come back to the UK, we will use them again because we payed a much better price then all the others!!!

Terrific service for a last minute booking. I had to facilitate a transfer from Birmingham airport to Heathrow airport on a late arrival. The driver was there waiting on arrival. Very important at 00:30 in the morning after a long flight. Excellent service to the hotel at Heathrow. Professional driver! Highly recommend recommended.
