I checked out the site and somehow they ended up charging me I got absolutely nothing from them. Have tried to contact them but no answer no reply. They are a total scam. Do not sign up

I am giving a 1 star which is far too high. I never get any alerts and similar to other reviews I am not getting anyone to respond to my emails. Zero!! I was hopeful that they would provide different results but they send nothing. I signed up with Going and I get something at least once but usually many every day. Don’t waste your time with Jetsetter you will be sadly disappointed.

Sad that I am compelled to give hem even one star. Jetsetter has pathetic, well actually apparently non-existent customer service. After getting no alerts at all and questioning it, they still charged me and when I asked repeatedly for a refund, I couldn't even get a reply. Use GOING instead, GOING is brilliant. JETSETTER SUCKS. I want my money back.

I ordered something from the internet for pennies and the payment went out jet set assist but the item was nothing to do with travel , then this morning wakes up to my bank informing me these same company have tried to take £60 but thankfully was blocked ! When my credit card provider contacted me saying it’s a subscription of some sort ? Never signed up to anything and never used this company !! The item I ordered was a little Christmas present, again nothing to do with hotels , travel or subscription
Avoid at all costs !!

We paid $4000 for this membership. Used it once for a car rental. Ended up costing more than Costco travel. We were told we could cancel our membership. We tried and received no response. We were promised excellent deals on cruises. There were no cruises that we cared to go on. We got scammed. I can’t remember the exact date

Terrible company. My wife and I were scammed. Paid for the club and also paid them to get us out of our time share as they say this is a service they provide. They did nothing but take our money. DO NOT BUY!!!

SCAM. I would not even give them a star. This company is nothing but a scam. We went to presentation bought package. They showed us games printouts regarding the companies BBB rating. The next day we did not feel good about purchase and followed the protocol in the package as how to obtain a refund. Did everything within the three day period, certified mail etc. Made many calls regarding refund could never get thru to anyone. Finally received a check in which the numbers were so smudged that our bank would not accept. it looked like they typed their name and account info onto check with a typewritter. The area we live in does not have a walk in branch for the bank in which the check was drawn on. We took the check with us when we went to visit family in a town where they had a walk in branch. Took the check in and they were able to make out numbers since they had the number on the screen. There was money in the account to cover the check but there was a hold on the check which stated refer to maker. They referred us back to Jetsetters who we obviously cannot get in touch with. So we are SCAMMED. Run don't walk away from anything to do with this company.

We were, also, scammed!!! Has anyone been able to talk to anyone at Jetsetters or has anyone received a refund? Has any one pursued any legal action?

We foolishly joined the JETSETTERS WORLDWIDE travel club a few months ago. At the time we also purchased an upgraded Hawaii vacation and 6 days at a Marriott hotel. Problem arose when we tried to schedule them. We had an assigned agent (Scott) but his phone was busy, mailbox full, voice messages rarely returned. Occasionally he would return a call and promise to make our reservation. He never did. His number was then disconnected and we were assigned a second agent (Randal). Pretty much identical results. Now his number is no longer in service. We had hoped to use the Marriott during our summer travels, but with considerable effort we only received one discounted night in Kansas. That is the only benefit we have received from JETSETTERS WORLDWIDE. Never got the Hawaii vacation nor the remaining Marriott stays. We did purchase an airline ticket through them. The flight was cancelled and the airline had to refund the money directly back to JETSETTERS. In spite of persistent efforts over several months they have still failed to return our refund. For approximately $2800 our total benefit has been the one discounted night in Kansas AND NOTHING MORE.
We sent them a registered letter requesting assistance, nearly five months have passed with no response. Filed complaints through the BBB and government Consumers Affairs departments in New York and Texas. They blew them off as well with no response. We noted that on all JETSETTERS WORLDWIDE documents and contracts each of the different agents only signed their first name.
FYI we found that you can usually find equal or better pricing for FREE using sights such as Trip Advisor or Travelgo, and their customer service is far superior.
During their initial presentation they strongly implied that they had high rating with the BBB and favorable reviews. In reality the BBB rates them as a F, and we found it hard to find many recent favorable reviews, with lots of highly unfavorable reviews (in line with our experience). As far as we are concerned they are ripping off the public by charging a high price for similar services that you can receive for FREE, and then failing (refusing) to arrange the benefits paid for.

Don't buy So far I have not been able to find a good deal on it. I guess that's why they tell you use it each year and they will refund you if you haven't saved. Why use it at all when better deals are offered everywhere! I called for them to find me a room as I couldn't log in. Ben barely spoke English I could barely understand him! Tho program sucks don't waste your money!

We bought into jetsetters in May, 2019. Went to use membership recently and could not get anybody to answer phone. Looks like they packed up and left us holding the bag of Uknow what. May have to go to attorneys for class action suit. Total SCAM!

We joined Jetsetters after going to one of there presentations. It sounded good and so we tried using their service. After telling them to get info for a trip to the UK, we never heard from the rep again after two months. We called and still received no answer. In the meantime, we lost a great opportunity with Costco Travel.
So we are out $5664 for membership which they have refused to refund.

They are a big scam! Stay away!

Awful. Booked through partner company Secret Escapes, which cancelled booking 12 days prior to departure. Zero contact or help from customer service. Still waiting a resolution.

They are lairs and try to get more money out if you and have hidden information that they choose not to give you upfront I’m am out of 200.00!!! And I can’t even find a number to call them on that work

We were booked on a honeymoon trip to Greece and chose a lovely hotel via jetsetter. We decided to go with their deal due to the special perks included ie. free bottle of wine, hamper, welcome drinks, % off any hotel bought food etc. The concept is great and booking process was easy however turned out that jetsetter then booked us via Expedia and the hotel had received none of the jetsetter information or included perks that we were told we would receive. It just came through to them as an Expedia booking and we weren't offered any of the items we were promised, even after we showed them our jetsetter papers as the bookings didn't match up and then the hotel got frustrated at us. I feel that it was a bit of a scam - It didn't ruin the trip but it was a let down.. just book via Expedia next time and don't be expecting any perks!

We booked our girls weekend in Montreal through Jetsetter and the pricing included our local taxes and federal taxes specific to Canada and our Province. We assumed that we would be charged in Canadian dollars given the country and provincial taxes were displayed. I looked through their terms and conditions to ensure that it would be in Canadian dollars and no where on the site does is specify a currency. So we booked out hotel and were charged in US dollars which increased our price for 2 rooms by 300.00. I find this very misleading and the prices should clearly be stated as US dollars or all charges displayed as your local currency will be charged in US dollars. No where on their site does it state this so we are really disappointed and none of us will use this site again. I called the number and they basically told me you're SOL. Great customer service...NOT!!

I booked a Jetsetter room last evening w/ the reservation screen showing 2 nights available at $149/night. After booking and paying the reservation came back as 1 night at that rate. I was upset but thought I would book a 2nd reservation to fix the problem. Lo and behold it comes back with a rate $20/night higher. I called immediately - within 2 minutes only to find no one is available after 6pm. I was instructed to email their support - got a response that they can do nothing because they are another company SECRET ESCAPES. (BTW,Secret Escapes lists in their disclaimer that they are not part of the CA Travel Consumer Restitution Fund. So no protection for CA travelers) They told me to call Jetsetter whose voicemail in turn said they don't work weekends and to email customer support!! The same useless loop. Secret Escapes asked me if I had a screen shot - I didn't because of trying to remedy the situation by making a second booking. But even so, they said they have no access to reservations made through Jetsetter that they can act upon. I don't care about the Jetsetter/Secret Escapes business relationship - it should not be my concern. Jetsetter needs to know that if you are in a service business it means you are available 7 days a week and empower those people who work in service to fix a problem - not ignore it! I'm lucky if I reach someone tomorrow - Monday - but I travel on Tuesday and this is still up in the air. I will never use this service again. Strongly advise you that the aggravation is not worth the few dollars that you will save.

I booked a boutique hotel in Charleston based on the information provided by Jetsetter. The hotel was nothing like the ad. It was under renovation and only had small rooms and extremely small baths. The details you expect from a nicer accommodation were all lacking. Cheap wine and plastic cups was the 5:00 wine and cheese event. No signs for checkin produced a confusing initial experience. Thin covers and no extra blanket made for a cold night. I think you get the idea. Jetsetter did not check out this property and sold me something much less that I expected.

Awarding one star was the only option available to post a review, otherwise no stars would be my choice. Jetsetter is not available over the weekend and evening hours should you need to reach them.

In my case Jetsetter did not update a travel date with our hotel as assured over the phone.
When we arrived at our hotel we had no reservation on record and Jetsetter was not available to address this issue. We made these plans through Trip Advisor initially and learned the hard (and expensive) way that they then facilitate through Jetsetter. Neither one will take responsibility or remediate but rather pass off a problem to the other in a loop. Neither Trip Advisor or Jetsetter intermediates with the hotel on our behalf and since my credit card was charged the day of booking and the bill has long since been paid I have no means to dispute the charge .

I will not be using Trip Advisor or Jetsetter for any of my future trips. - Kim Tyssowski

I used Jetsetter for the first time on my previous vacation.Well,just a short trip to one of the Malaysian islands,good enough for me and the missus to chill and unwind.Jetsetter recommended a 5 star boutique hotel-Casa Del Mar.What can i say?
Thumbs up to a 5 star experience!! I couldn't thank enough the staff ( I didn't catch her name though,haha) who responded diligently to my emails to accommodate my requests.No disappointment.
I'll definitely be using Jetsetter for my future vacations.
Thanks Jetsetter.No regrets.
