Very helpful staff could not do enough

Dreadful dreadful dreadful customer service. Wont buy from here again. i thought i woukd support a shop as the high street is dying, but im afraid ill be back to Amazon after that experience.

Edit. After trying to contact Jessops for 4 days they now reached out because i put this on trustpilot.
Jessops. I know what the issue is , so theres no point you saying on here the address is incorrect. I know. Ive tried over and over again to reach you and amend, as your systems missed off my house number. I have received repeated random photos from the delivery drivers over several days which are of lots of different houses, none of which are mine, followed by emails telling me i wasnt in. Yesterday the driver even called me to ask for the number, and then went to the wrong house. 1 minute after our conversation i received the email telling me i wasnt in. Ive spent hours on the phone trying to reolve, continually receiving contradicting information and was explicitly lied to on Saturday. Ive been told to contact jessops to get the details changed but its impossible to reach anyone to get it changed. It shouldnt get to the point where i put something on trustpilot to get a reponse.
PS i paid extra for delivery on Saturday, which is now 4 days ago. I still have no prospect of the delivery arriving in time. The order is ironically solar eclipse glasses, which won’t wait for delivery, and if i dont get them in time, I’ll be looking for a full refund including the extra i paid for postage. I doubt I’ll still be alive at the next solar eclipse!! What a farce. I bought from jessops as i thought id support a business other than amazon. Fingers well and truly burnt.

We ordered solar eclipse viewing glasses. They arrived in plenty of time and are fully ISO compliant and were provided with a very detailed and helpful user guide.

Description could have been better in terms of construction of glasses and the notification of delivery in terms of leaving Jessops was not as good as most other suppliers. And why a package the size of two combs should need delivery in a box that wouldn't go through a letter box?

Good packaging and produce delivered as promised.

Jessops are great, but dpd are failing every delivery, I have caught them out on lies about failed deliveries via our cctv, even the depot manager said the driver was lying about the delivery. This has happened on both my deliveries. Can’t use jessops again because they only use DPD and I don’t trust them. Sorry Jessops

No problem at all with the delivery but to put two flat cardboard elipse viewing eyeglasses in an 8" x 7" x 4" box, with packing paper seemed a little unnecessary, especially as I then had to get rid of the packaging.
A flat card backed envelope would have done the trick.

Great product at reasonable price. Delivery was prompt.

I received a very quick service. Collection day to suit myself. Everything complete in less than a week of having a quote. Very pleased.
