I contacted Jensens on recommendation after poor service from another company. I needed a new boiler and wanted it moving to be more accessible.

I called first thing in the morning and Jensen came out before his day actually started. He listened to everything I had to say, advising and reassuring me.

He then gave me a quote there and then so I booked in straight away.

Dom and Nathan were brilliant. They got the job done, were friendly, helpful, reassuring, clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to advise me and take on board my concerns.

I've since had to call them again for a leaking washer and Nathan has been out same day and sorted it for me.

I've already recommended them to everyone; cancelled my care plan with the other company and taken out Jensens plan instead.

Jensens fitted me a new boiler and they when above and beyond to make us happy and the engineers that fitted it left every clean and tidy and what a wonderful team they are and chelsea in the office help us out with every enquiry we asked her and she was very patient and perlite with us I carnt recommend them enough from the office staff to the management and the lads on the ground 5 star every single one of them thank you for a wonderful job

I found the company on fb I was looking for a company I could trust & yes until Dom knocked on my door i was still unsure but I certainly had nothing to worry about 1st class service I recommend a friend who he called on before me so now you have 2 new clients who wont hesitate to use your services again & I will highly recommend your company to other people thanks Denise

These guys should truly wear capes! I write thus review for my 80 year old mother, who has just moved house! Nathan has become my mother's new best friend. He has come to her rescue so many times and always with a smile and an understanding nature. He's always on time, has never left a mess or equipment, is polite and ALWAYS takes off his shoes at the door. Mum continues to say his work is to the highest quality and knows that no job is too small and totally trusts him to get the job done. He has fitted a new shower stall and base, new toilet systems twice, and checked washer plumbing work for her.
Highly recommend this team and company.

Great service, punctual and attentive

Jensen and his team have recently fitted our new boiler . We have been most impressed by their professional approach from - the booklet explaining what would be done - to their pleasant demeanour and their good workmanship .we would highly recommend .

Jensen provided me with a range of options when looking for a new boiler to be fitted. Very professional on first impressions, which made my decision to use his firm.
Admin was also very helpful, contact via WhatsApp allowed me to book a suitable date for the boiler to be fitted.
On the day of fitting, both ‘fitters’ arrived, they were extremely helpful and polite, ensured everything was disposed of and cleaned up afterwards (not that there was much mess 😊)
They went the extra mile when there was an issue with the stopcock and water pressure.
All in all a very positive experience from start to finish!

Excellent, after been given the quote from Jensen of the radiators we required moving to having new ones fitted on different walls in rooms we gave him the go ahead to do it, engineers turned up on time both very friendly and polite did a fantastic job of taking carpets and floorboards up to do the pipe work they put everything back as it was very respectful, cleared all the mess up and left it so we had nothing to do , great work from both , I would highly recommend Jensen plumbing & heating great on price and service I will be having them back again

Politeness took care of my property very friendly and offers advice with the supplied equipment (boiler) will definitely recommend to family and friends excellent company.

Two company engineers arrived promptly on the morning of the date chosen to fit my boiler. Their first task was to lay protective film over the carpets. The engineers then worked hard all day to carry out the work agreed which included some extras . I was pleasantly surprised when the work was completed in one day. On completion everything was cleaned up and all waste taken away leaving everything tidy.
I would recommend this company if you require heating/plumbing work to be done.

Discovered Jensens at the start of this year when I needed a new central heating system, from beginning to end, they were spot on. From the survey, where Jensen helped with the choice of boiler, radiators, and valves, to the install, which was brilliant, I had been impressed by their attention to detail. The same firm had completed all the building work too and they left me with a fully registered paperwork and a manufacturer 12-year guarantee.

I have used them twice since for smaller jobs, bathroom and outside taps and they have shown me the same level of professionalism as the boiler install - well impressed - they now have a full-time receptionist, so you do not have to wait ages for a call back. They will give you a quick job estimate within days and offer a great price, with all the work guaranteed. They use only the best materials and their workmanship is top-notch. Everything is neat and secure, and they even go the extra mile to protect your house, like the outside tap has an isolating tap inside to keep it safe in winter.

Had an issue with a vent valve that council said didn't meet building regulations. Jensen came out promptly identified the issue and even took photos and recommendations that the valve he fitted was the best solution to the problem so I could send to the council.
Nice polite guy and his knowledge is excellent.
Chelsea in the office is also polite and changed the appointment times etc to fit my schedule

Jensen came in and ripped out our en suite. The previous owners of the house had a macerator Saniflo drainage system set up but Jensen removed all this and installed a proper waste pipe by removing floor boards and ceilings. Jensen did a 1 of 1 custom cut quartz vanity unit counter top with a custom counter top basin. Nothing was too much. Would highly recommend.

Jensen did a full heating system and boiler swap to a combi system. Worked very hard to get done as quick as possible and was very neat and tidy. Will absolutely recommend and use again!
