Great experience with this company, managed to receive my order in 4 days.
Make sure if you want it delivered quickly to order from ' faster delivery ' otherwise you may have to wait weeks for it to come from Hong Kong. Very fiddly, but part of the fun and it is very robust and sturdy.

I was very dubious about ordering from here after reading the reviews but thought I would give it a go as my daughter discovered these lego sets and was desperate for some. I paid with paypal just in case I needed to raise a dispute. I ordered 2 sets on the 24th September and arrived today 29th September. Both were well packaged and delivered by royal mail. I would recommend looking at the descriptions carefully as some state they are being shipped from the warehouse in China and will obviously have longer delivery times, this is clearly stated before ordering. I have been really happy with the service I received and will be ordering more in the future

Nothing showed up, no customer service information

Be aware that anything ordered may take up to a month to arrive from China if the item is not UK stock. There is no indication on the website which items are UK stock and which not. You will not receive tracking unless you ask ( need to request 4PX tracking for items from China). Suggest using proper Jekca UK shop, whose website DOES warn about long lead times where appropriate.

Wow this site is a joke, I lost my bulldog in July last year now my eldest daughter brought me the small jekca to cheer me up it’s great I love it, now Mother’s Day is tomorrow and my 17 year old who only works at a takeaway for 2 days a week because he has college has saved and saved and saved I wondered what for and today he told me he ordered me the big bulldog at a cost of 175 which is a huge amount for a child to pay, so he ordered it and paid on Tuesday was given confirmation and a delivery date to last night be told that he can’t have it unless he pays another 125 pound because apparently the price has suddenly gone up, he can’t afford that he couldn’t afford the 175, they told him this 3 days after he ordered and got shipment details he has no money and now no time to get anything else, he’s gutted I’m gutted how can a company do this they offered him a 10 gift voucher why on earth would we want to buy anything else from this site, we have the pictures and all the evidence to show the price it was on Tuesday and now they have told him it’s going to be 10 days before he gets his money back it’s disgusting, I’m looking into the legal rights and have contacted trading standards and the ombusman

Ordered a cat from this company on 27th Jan, shipping was supposed to be 3 working days, after 7 working days of nothing I contacted them to be told there was a delay and it would be 7-10 working days. It has now been 14 working days and my emails are not being responded to at all. Avoid!!
