Foolishly Duped
I originally purchased an LV bag from Jebwa off of Vestiarie Collective, my bag was never shipped, Jebwa claimed that they never received the order, after several tear-filled phone calls my money was refunded and Jebwa started that I could order off their website directly and they would give me the bag at the refunded price, they honored that and I received my bag, the bag I received was not the same bag as in the picture, there is no date stamp and the LV Paris stamp is missing, I was in Boston this weekend and went to the LV store there and the manager stated they do not verify bags but if I wanted to have it sent for cleaning they would accept it only if the bag was authentic......they rejected the bag and showed me the fake LV stamp and verified the missing date stamp, while Ray at Jebwas was very nice I still got duped and feel very foolish as I worked overtime several days and saved to get the money to buy my dream bag.

We are sorry to hear that you don't have the perfect experience with us. We believe that there has been a miscommunication about the authenticity of the product. Please note that not every sales associate on brand retail stores is an expert on authentication, especially for the previous/vintage models that are not actively on sale.
Also, stamps and date code printing on the Louis Vuitton handbags are not standard. Depending on the manufacturing date, there are variations on different models.
You can either return your item with our free return shipping or exchange it with another model. You have an open ticket with our customer service. We are looking forward to solving it ASAP.

I absolutely love my bag and the fact I didn't have to worry about authenticity! I shop vintage from multiple sites and do as much research as possible before my purchase. I was happy to see Jebwa on Poshmark since that is where I bank my sales and view it as my "play money". I will purchase from Jebwa again❣️

Did well in the end
Had some problems in the beginning with shipping to the incorrect person but after I spoke with Ray multiple times I decided to give them a chance they gave me a higher percentage off and I asked them to contact me when/if they received the purse I wanted so they could re-ship to me. Once the purse was back they shipped to me and I recieved it very quickly I wish the first time could've been like the 2nd but purse was accurate to description. I ended up returning because I missed that the purse didn't have a strap. But I will buy again if the price is right.
