Not about the company but the man that runs it scammer brought something off hin on fb takes money dont send it then no replys if thats how he is as a man i hate to see the way he treats customere

Car turned up sydney to perth double the time that was contracted. Pity items stolen from car and everything in car gone through and moved or thrown around. Company not interested as items not insured. Correct but do not expect theft of camera and other small items.

Our experience with JCS has been nothing short of a nightmare. One of their employees who was managing our operator license left the company in October. Shockingly, we were not informed of this until December, and that was only because I had to chase the matter by contacting the employee's personal mobile number. Despite their failure to provide the promised service, JCS continues to charge us for a system they are not maintaining or managing properly.

Since Lee left, communication with JCS has been almost nonexistent. We are now left in a precarious, non-compliant position due to their negligence. This could potentially cause serious issues with the Traffic Commissioner's Office, something entirely avoidable had JCS fulfilled their obligations.

On January 16th, I was assured that Jamie, who I believe is the director, would get back to me "tomorrow." It’s now been a month, and despite calling and emailing daily, I’ve received no response. Calls go unanswered, and emails are ignored.

This level of service is unacceptable. Their lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability has caused immense stress and put us in a vulnerable position. I strongly urge others not to trust JCS with anything important. Save yourself the trouble, frustration, and potential legal risks by looking elsewhere.

Condell join FORS a few years back without really knowing what we were getting into. Our first bronze audit was an eye opener. Whilst having policies in place they were not detailed enough. This was when we looked for help and we found JCS transport . Had a meeting with Jamie and we have never looked back. Helps with yearly audit and keeps us up to speed with any new regulations. Highly recommend.
