Serpelle door, great service
Review
One week ago these Sepelle doors were supplied by JW. Champion. They were delivered today by Rob Winson who was very helpful and pleasant.
Terry at JB Kind Doors Ltd set up the order.
Everyone I have delt with 10/10!
I have cancelled my order with my local Builders merchant, order placed 3 months ago! Highly recommend these two companies. Thank you JB Kind Doors, highly recommended!

The doors are great the delivery chap was great, what I dont get is the communication first Im told the 12th so I stay in no doors, then Im told the 17th & then the 18th very poor practise on someones part

Thank you for your feedback, we are delighted that you are happy with your doors. We will also ensure that your feedback is passed onto our driver.
Looking at our planning system, we cannot see that a communication was sent out advising a date of the 12th. As our texts are sent automatically, we are looking into the log to see how this communication may have been sent in error.
The change in delivery date from the 17th to the 18th was due to driving hours. Unfortunately, there was a delay earlier in the delivery run which led to the change. We hope that this was notified in plenty of time.

2 doors ordered through Wayfair, delivered by JB Kind. We were updated throughout via text msgs, delivery slot was confirmed and adhered to (even in snowy conditions). Friendly, helpful driver. Doors were appropriately packaged - no damage.

Multiple issues
Delivery instructions were not followed, even when explicitly made clear.
The doors I ordered look nothing like they do in the pictures and are, as such, unusable.
Doors need more protection in transport.
I will see if I can get a refund.

Arrived at time stated, Sean (driver) was very helpful and offloaded the doors straight to into my hall. The doors were in protective wrapping & in good condition.

Excellent company
Ordered 5 doors from JBKind doors. They have been excellent from ordering to delivery. They kept me updated on delivery and tracking and and from ordering to delivery it only took 4 days.
They have a wide range of good quality doors. I would definitely recommend this company.

Doors ordered 19th September and…
Doors ordered 19th September and arrived 3rd October damaged/wood split. It’s taken until today 15th November to provide another and this one was not even taken off the lorry because it was damaged .
