JB Doors fitted my electric garage door on Fri 28th Oct. The team that fitted the door were efficient, professional, clean and tidy and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to have a new garage door fitted

What a great company. Thorough and so conscientious. Despite a minor problem with the setting up of the fobs they resolved everything so quickly. The door looks and works great. And thanks to there measurements my builder made the opening exactly right 😁

Very prompt and efficient and came when they said they would for measuring up. Then came the hold-up where one of their suppliers didn't deliver all the parts needed for my door. Not that any of this was JB's fault BUT I would have given them 5 stars if they'd kept me informed more during the several week's wait.
Again, very prompt and efficient delivery and fitting once all the parts had arrived.
The door (a 14' roller) works perfectly and is of top quality. Apart from the above communication issue I cannot fault them and would certainly recommend them and their product.

The service was very good from start to finish. Very good quality electic roller garage door and rear door fitted to a high Standard.

No nonsense garage door company. I needed to replace my 25 year old garage doors but didn’t know what with, roller, tilt, panel.... Good advice from Andy and a few weeks later The Andy brothers (only their mum can tell them apart!) came and completely replaced my creaking old doors with solid, secure and insulated ones in only a few hours. No mess. Results are noticed by visitors and neighbours alike. Even my wife approves as doors not only operate quietly and quickly but, more important, look great.

I called this company to replace my garage door and put in an electric door. Everything they did was perfect from the man who came to look and tell me all I needed to know about the purchase and the fitting. We agreed the door I wanted and arranged a date. They came on the day arranged, fitted the door, explained all I needed to know about the workings and drove off with the old door. I had quotes from other company’s which did not dispose of the old door!
It’s amazing and I would highly recommend them as they were great.

JB Doors fitted a new front entrance and garage door today and the service was exceptional.
From the initial visit to survey and quote, through to delivery and fitting, I have been very impressed with JB Doors. The technicians who carried out the work were professional and efficient.
I would have no hesitation in recommended them.

Installed in Aug 2020. Following installation, I inspected one of the doors and found around a 2cm gap wither side. Door not sealed and not SBD. So door was manufactured incorrectly. Experienced installers happily installed this misfitting door, took payment and were off. It's not been 5 weeks and numerous calls and emails to Darren and the office but no luck on getting this fixed.

Came out at very short notice after our garage door broke to measure up and provide a quote. Got an install date for within a fortnight.

After appointment confirmation calls from the company the day before and before arrivals, a really good quality door arrived and was installed professionally to a really good standard. The garage is now looking great (and we can get in and out!).

The staff have all been very friendly and helpful throughout the process, and the installers cleaned up properly and took the old door, frame and detritus away with them.

Can't recommend these guys enough!

Andy looked after us from selection of house and garage doors through to completion. His advice was first class and we are absolutely delighted with the finished installation.
