Amazing service, kind and very attentive. Dan R, Geoff and Yuri were helpful and patience with moving large items. Always give detailed information of what they are removing and storing. Definitely recommend J.A. Steel & Son to everyone who is moving in and out of their house.

Extremely professional, helpful, careful and knowledgeable. Efficient and accommodating, I would most definitely recommend and I won't be using any other removal company, these guys are the best.

Easy to arrange and the crew were great! They came early having given us warning of their arrival and carried out a complex move (upstairs to downstairs and vice versa) extremely efficiently. They were friendly and polite and very obliging and, most importantly, very competent. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

The crew was so friendly and went above beyond with my items. The 3 men made my whole moving which can be stressful have peace of mind. Everything was wrapped up and moved with care. Definitely recommend

Gavin, Silviu and James were extremely helpful and very professional they went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless and easy for us to move. They worked extremely hard and most definitely deserve a raise or promotion, considering they lifted a double door stainless steel fridge/freezer, two sofas a dining table and a double door display cabinet up 5 flights of stairs. Most certainly a job well done. Thank you again 😊

When the team arrived, they were polite, respectful and very helpful. Moving home is obviously very difficult, and our 4 bedroom flat was a bit messy and chaotic. Billy, Dan, Oliver and Abi were really patient, and knowledgeable. Even when we were struggling, the guys were always there to bail us out. Couldn't have asked for a better group of people to help us with our move

We had Jadyn, James R & Kyle helping us with our stuff today. They were very helpful with everything.

I have a lot of electronics and they took extra care of it all, they also helped dismantle and reassemble a large Computer Desk for us which was great.

Overall a great trio to help us get everything moved and sorted, especially in the hot weather. They were positive and efficient throughout, can’t thank them enough

The team that came to help my 80 year old mother in law to move were absolutely incredible. Craig, Eaton and Kyle immediately put us at ease and nothing was too much trouble . They were polite helpful and extremely professional . We can not thank them enough

However if I could I would give 1* to the lady on the phone in the office, she is very rude with her rubish customer service.

Perfect!!!

On return of my furniture today I am extremely disappointed. In fact, even though I signed a disclaimer I will be seeking legal action. Firstly they were walking on my newly laid carpet with there wet shoes. I gave them shoe coverings, when I called the manager she said they don't have to wear them. They were scheduled to come between 8 - 9, came at 9.30am and left at 1 on the dot. They had another booking apparently. I have 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and they didn't fix not one of them. They say they lost the parts (for both beds?). They only care about the money. I gave them all £20 each as I gave them a little bit of a hard time. I'm honest, but I don't deliver karma. The energy returning my furniture was completely different to when they came to collect it. I feel they were more friendly and considerate because they wanted a good review. Thats why I've changed it. Treat people how you want to be treated or don't complain when what you do is returned to you.
