Great quality lighting and fantastic customer service.

We're an interior design company and have worked with Jas Boutique on multiple projects.
Everytime the team have gone above and beyond to ensure our clients are happy with their lighting and the product quality is very good. We will continue to work with this company in the foreseeable future.

Not sure where to begin with this company !
Service before sale was great, often and informative. Then once the sale was made i had to chase for updates, then the week my order was ready, i heard nothing but ' final stages, packing process' then nothing, ignored to be honest as i tested using another name and email and they responded with hope of another sucker to scam.
This order was placed 03.03.25, on 5 weeks leadtime. I am still waiting 02.06.2025.
Avoid at all costs! Now to try get the money back they stole !

Bought two stunning copper Poulsen type Artichoke lamps from Jas .... I found myself a bit nervous when I discovered that they won't even take a phone call but decided to chance going ahead. Thats a new level of strangeness to me but they did communicate by email. The lights arrived in good time, to Ireland, handmade in Wales I believe and we couldn't be more pleased, they are beyond fabulous!

My experience with this company 2 years ago was fine, this time it's been a disaster. There was a lot of delay, unresponsiveness, excuses for missed deliveries, and when the fixture finally arrived it was poorly packaged and very badly damaged (parts bent, broken, and missing). Even worse, what I received looked nothing like the chandelier on the website. The design and materials are completely different, and it's terribly made and cheap looking. The company wouldn't respond to emails or messages (only finally replying to a negative review) but has refused to issue a refund or replace it with the chandelier I actually ordered and is now ghosting me. I've been forced to file a consumer complaint and take legal action to recover my money. Everything I have since researched about this company, including their public financial filings, is a big red flag. As a previous reviewer noted, payment is by bank transfer only (so no recourse), there's no phone number, no physical address, no communication.

I received the delivery of the lamp very late .. but in the end I like the lamp and the quality : D

I have the Radial Branch Chandelier and it is beyond perfect and better than I ever expected. The original David W chandelier price was astronomical and I could have never afforded this chandelier if it weren't for this Lighting store.

I wish I could upload images to this review because the beauty of this piece is indescribable. Just as beautiful as the David W piece. Bespokely made too! I had the porcelain flowers made into pink and purple rather than the original white for a very small extra cost.

Wonderful Hand Blown Glass Chandeliers!

Beyond happy with the hand blown glass chandeliers I have recieved. I had a quote from another company and it came in almost 3 times the price I paid on this website for a 4 month wait!! Whereas on jas boutique I only had to wait 5 weeks. Can't complain at all.

Love the products from here. I have recommended this site to my family and friends. Many thanks.

I am urged to write a review based on our terrible experience.

Firstly, do NOT pay by bank transfer.

The fact this was our only option, should have been a warning sign, as it has, of course, limited recourse through section 75 chargeback.

On receiving your awful product, you will find it difficult to obtain any refund, and your emails will be ignored.

Note - there is no phone number for this 'organisation', and the company 'address' is a business mail forwarding PO Box. This is all to remove any comeback from the inevitable disappointment of the product you will receive.

You will receive a fake copy of a reputable brand, that looks nothing like the original pictures. It will be a cheap copy, made with inferior materials (i.e. thin aluminium used instead of iron, amateur welds and fixes, and missing parts), that instantly looks cheap and of poor quality. You will be embarrassed to install this in your house.

Also, despite assurances that the electrics would be suitable for UK standards, our electrician took little time to deem it unsafe to install, without significant remedial work (effectively a full rebuild).

We are currently in the legal process of trying to recoup nearly 2k in costs. Emails are being unanswered, and sadly Action Fraud (Police) and UK Trading Standards are investigating this organisation following our, and apparently others, request.

Check their entry on Companies House, and you will see an organisation with minimal funds, minimal assets, and is clearly operating outside the boundaries of legality (how I wish we had done this in advance of our purchase!).

They are a scam.

Indeed, to consider looking at other reviews on this site, they are of such suspicious patterns, I can only assume with confidence that they are as fake as this companys' products.

Please do not repeat our mistake. Avoid this company and their cheap, dangerous products.

I am a interior designer and have worked with jas boutique on many projects. They offer a fantastic price for designer replicas with very high quality materials. My clients have never been disappointed with the lighting. Any slight issues are easily resolved without fuss.
Would highly recommend this company.

I was nervous for purchasing high amount of lamps but in the end I got just what I paid for. Super good Lighting .

Fantastic customer service. So helpful and my floor lamp is beautifully made.

My order was 2x Kevin reilly hemel altar chandeliers. The order was slightly delayed because of corona virus cause I ordered just before the first UK lockdown but the company manager explained and when I did get my order everything was excellent.

Looks exactly like the original at a fraction of the cost! The serge mouille I purchased from Jas costs tens of thousands to buy originally!
There is literally no difference at all, not even an expert could tell them apart from the Jas version.

Why anyone would ever buy an original for that sort of money is beyond me!

Over the moon with my purchase. Straight forward sale, no drama, will be back. Thank you!
