Bought Lifetime membership in 2020 and haven't used it in a year or so. Now my account is not found. The password reset doesn't send an email. The contact option doesn't allow entry in the fields in order to send a message. Total scam

I paid for a premium lifetime membership and have not been able to access the site. I keep getting Your Account doesn't exist or Invalid Login. I get no response from support email. I have tried over and over again with no response. So I have lost my money and am highly disappointed.

I had purchased Jamorama previously and liked it. They changed their access a year ago and by sending an email, they immediately activated my account. Then a few months later, they changed their system and I have been reaching out to them for over 6 months now and they don’t respond. I can’t access my account anymore. Very displeased with the support.

I am an old member and requested my account to be reactivated, which was done and since then I have been able to use my account to access the support centre and not the learning centre; created repeatedly new tickets w/o reaction !! very frustrating and disapointing.

Although Marc is a great teacher, it is hard to justify ongoing membership with little new material

I already play the guitar a bit but have just gone through Marks course to check on my technique and any tips he may have. I have found it fascinating and have improved greatly. His ideas about how to learn, balancing imprinting repetition + fun jam sessions are spot on. He is the business. You need look no further

was a good program and still his , just has too many technical issues. that is not Mark's fault , he is a Guitar Teacher, but his website crew is terrible.

I have tried lots of online guitar song lessons and some theory courses. I've had three guitar teachers in person with differing styles. Mark McKenzie on Jamorama is really top shelf. The lessons are organized well. You really learn useful tips and tools and he is encouraging. He even seems to anticipate mistakes I might make and reminds me to embed what I've learned before moving on. I'm really glad I bought the membership deal (so affordable for so much learning) I recommend this for beginners and for intermediate players wanting to expand your repertoire. Lots of perks too.

There is a saying that if you lend some one money and you never see them again it was probably worth it! I can't say I feel loved or appreciated here I chose this course and now get more attention from "other" courses trying to get me to join them! I wish Fitbit had guitar devices because like everything in life, encouragement is better than instruction, people learn because they are cared for more than just a course thrown at them!
You fall short.... But then again it all monetary
Nobody cares what you know....till they know how much you care...

This is exactly what I expected from the many guitar instructors I tried.
None of them had a structured starting point. I need proper and concise instructions to be able to put things in perspective, and understand where to start, whats expected, and if I work hard enough, what sort of results I should expect.
Many teachers can play guitar very well, as you would expect, but don't necessarily make good teachers. Good teaching requires good tools and proper structure, even hard copy material was poorly presented, and often non existent, and this from people passing themselves off as serious teachers. I like the Jamorama methods, and appreciate the structure of the lessons. The rest is up to me.

no one is responding to my tickets or what ever that is, im already having problems with ur site that guy says shoot him an email but there is no where in here that has an email address or phone # so I can speak with some one. Still the best learning course just renewed my membership just to use as reference go back as many times as you like wouldn't like to be without it

Mark McKenzie is an amazing teacher, for whom i am totally grateful. I just wish all the relevant information was available. saying that i have learned so much from Marks tutorials. Thanks Mark

while I think Mark is truly a gifted teacher,the web site needs a lot of work and I mean a LOT of work

When I first purchased Jamorama Maestro I loved it right off the bat. I liked how the tabs were right in front of me and I could practice them over and over. The chords and etc.. were also played out loud so I could be sure I was executing them properly and take my time doing so. The old Jamorama also played riffs that I could play along with that I enjoyed very much. I know I'm living in the past here, but I have never been able to learn by watching someone else play. I was away from Jamorama for a long time and was kind of disappointed in the changes when I came back.

Trust me with Mark Anybody can play guitar

this is brilliant have learnt a lot in less than 3 weeks plus I'm seeing a teacher to just to see how things go but this program is the best I've seen on the internet mark is excellent in explaining about using the guitar i have signed up for the year and loving it so far.

I really like Mark teaching style. He seemed amazingly patient. When I first joined there weren't a big breath of lessons but they've already added several courses. I'm excited to see what other things are coming in the future.
