The removals team turned up bright and early and dealt with a very large consignment of furniture and boxes. There was good communication at all times with the team and office . All items being transported were treated with respect. Once the lorry was loaded the team went off until I had arranged keys for the new property. It was important to get the sold property cleared since the new owners were moving in on the same day. Unfortunately the online estate agent could not arrange keys when required which caused a delay. Nevertheless, when we had access to the new property the team, worked tirelessly to unload and arrange/reassemble everything. Thank you. Moving home is a very stressful operation but the team did not add any to my levels. Very happy with the service and a five star recommendation.

The packers were very efficient and pleasant to deal with; they stayed late - until the job was done.
Nothing was too much trouble for the movers. They were really a nice bunch and worked hard and with care to get the job done swiftly and smoothly.

As you and I know , we had a 40 feet long storage unit and we were only able to access the first two - three feet of it which the storage company will verify .
We chose a storage unit close to the region we were moving to because it made sense . You are repeatedly saying we can’t make a claim because we did not report the damage within six days , which would have been impossible . Had you said to us “ If we damage your belongings , there will be no comeback “ we would have requested a change to the insurance policy before we signed . The £3,700 we have claimed - is a moderate claim in view of the amount of damage . We have requested repairs and cleaning , not complete replacements . . So please answer this question ; Nobody had access to our belongings so how do you think the damage occurred ? ( in the absence of poltergeists ? )
You are not denying that your men could have potentially damaged our goods - as there is no other explanation .
Even good companies make mistakes at times . This is a matter of integrity ; doing the right thing . I should be able to attach photos - not sure why I don’t have this option .

They were just brilliant from start to finish. From coming in to pack the day before, to the two men who came up to Yorkshire, nothing was too much trouble. I have no problem recommending them to anyone .

We made quite a big move from Essex to South Wales and James Removals managed to fit us in at a reasonable cost at short notice. We could not recommend this company any more if we tried. All the removal men were amazing, helpful, friendly, careful, conscientious and hard working. They made the move less stressful and all they asked for were regular cups of tea which really is nothing. If we ever move again I know where I will be going and I will recommend them to all family and friends! Thank you so much to the team for taking away some of our stresses and making moving as easy as possible for us!

Fabulous. On time, polite, courteous, careful, trustworthy and everything you want in a removal company. They even helped us to get our sellers to speed up. Packers were wonderful too. Decent price for the move we were undertaking too.

James removals took care of everything last week , we cannot praise them enough. We had a 4 man crew who were great guys, helpful and polite, they worked well together and did everything dismantled and put back together. They were fantastic and the service we received was excellent, would highly recommend them .

We recently moved from London to Worcestershire with James Removals over three days. Right from our first enquiry, they were excellent —from the woman on the phone who arranged the survey, through the survey itself by Aaron and the actual move, they were professional, efficient, friendly and reassuring. The guys who did the removal (Paul, Wayne, Frank, Lewis, Lee and one other whose name we have forgotten) were brilliant, taking so much care and going the extra mile to help us however they could. Not a single breakage and everything delivered exactly where we wanted it. We can unreservedly recommend James Removals!

We used James Removals to move us out, store our house contents, and move us in to our new home. They did all of these things really well.
From start to finish, everything went very smoothly and communication throughout was excellent. James Removals are definitely at the more expensive end of the scale when it comes to removals, but you get what you pay for. I’ve moved house many times. It’s stressful. Our last house move the removals were cheap and we ended up with our stuff damaged and some of it missing. We couldn’t bear another experience like that so spent the money on having it done properly.
Everyone from our estimator to the removals team to the office staff were brilliant. Professional and reassuring. Nothing too much trouble. In fact there was a small breakage of a mirror when we moved in to our new home. Without being asked, JR took it away and had it repaired like new before handing it back in to us a week or so later.
I can’t recommend this organisation highly enough if you want peace of mind and professionalism when doing something as stressful as moving house.

I gave James Removals a One Star rating after they let me down. Having done so, I was called by the company to apologise with an offer to find more staff to enable me to move that week. Luckily, I had already found another removals company, which was excellent. I realise that James Removals tried to make it up to me, and would have done, but only after I'd written a bad review.
My recommendation to anyone choosing to use this company is to ensure that they have got all your details and that you are fully signed up. I think that having spoken to different people, I just got lost in the crowd, something that shouldn't happen. I was also disappointed by the person who told me that they were fully booked. His attitude was poor. Perhaps some training is needed?

James Removal did an outstandingly good job handling my move for a very fair price. I was really impressed with every aspect of their service. Brilliant responsive communications and reassuring professionalism throughout. Phone always answered on the third ring.A really expert removal team who clearly knew the job inside out and did it with great good humour. Everything ran like a well-oiled machine and the charges were exactly as quoted.
It’s really great to be able to say this is a brilliant company!

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. The estimator gave an accurate quote and they recommended wait time extra which I needed in the end as the completion was delayed by some hours. On the day they packed all my things very quickly and we exited the property on time and then at the new property they carried my things up to third floor flat (with no lift) efficiently. No breakages or anything lost along the way and a calm professional attitude from all the team; Frank, Richard and Tony. After I had finished unpacking two days later they came to pick up the boxes. I highly recommend this company and their very hard working team.
