I used JCS recently for my pet Bengal who travelled from the UK to Thailand. The whole team were very helpful thoughout the whole process, assisting with any queries. They also assisted with the import permit with the Thai authorities and arranged for Lucy to be delivered to my home address in Thailand.
I was very pleased with the excellent service they provided.

My labradoodle was looked after very well and did not seem to suffer any effects from the flight. The company kept me updated on all news relating to my dog and were very efficient and friendly. I would 100% recommend this company to move your pet.

I got my British short hair cat transported to Pakistan from London. JCS handled all the documentation from permits, fit to travel checks and also arranged custom clearance for the cat. My cat arrived safe and healthy. The only recommendation I would give is if they could launch some tracking thing or just inform the owner of the pet’s movements throughout the journey with pictures and updates to ease anxiety. However, they already informed me that it won’t be possible to do this while she is flying yet I would love it if in the future somehow owners could be kept a little updated throughout the pet’s journey. Overall, Charlie Edmond’s handled my process and was super helpful. Thank you

We have used JCS for a number of years and have always had a fantastic service from the JCS team.
We travel to the US every summer with our dog and we have never had an issue .
Rachel and Sarah are friendly and consistently great at keeping us informed and always answer my emails promptly.
They totally understand what it is to be an anxious pet owner and always send a reassuring message when he is in their care on the day of departure to let me know everything is OK.
I wouldn't use anyone else to send my dog overseas and would highly recommend them.

JCS was really efficient, and they kept me informed throughout every step of my cats' move from Vietnam to the UK.

These guys helped me bring my beloved 13 years old chihuahua back to the UK in July 2024 after we relocated to the middle east in June 2022.
I cannot recommend them enough. I dealt with 2 members of staff, Charlie edmonds initially and then Lisa Daly afterwards. Lisa became my main contact and The level of service was up there, she was so proactive, responsive and reassuring. In a process that is complicated enough, She made sure I was equipped with all the necessary knowledge and she followed up with DEFRA and APHA to pre check the travel/shipping document. Thank you from the bottom of my heary for helping us reunite with our beloved Diego! My 5 years old daughter was over moon when she saw Diego! I can't thank you enough!!

They made the experience so easy. When we picked up my dog we didn't realise we was classed as a commercial flight they took me through the whole process and did everything the could to get him out as soon as possible. They were brilliant, helpful and really made everything easy to understand in a really stressful situation.

I can highly recommend James Cargo Service. Charlie Edmonds was amazing always responding to my 110 questions. Thank you so much for making sure all went really smooth with the export of my two yorkies to South Africa.

Sarah & the team were incredibly easy to work with -- I've done this a few times, bringing my dog from London to Boston. This was by far the easiest time! They were both professional and very down to earth, no extra red tape. Great client relations.

My mother is also pleased with the company as they communicated well with her, orchestrating delivery seamlessly and providing timely updates. The driver who delivered Georgia was very pleasant with her too. Highly recommend their services!

Amazing service you have done!

I was quite apprehensive as both cats were not social on account of being born and raised during covid, when they only saw and related to me. I feared how they would fare with people they had never seen before. But it was all good! The service was seamless, fast and not particularly stressful on me, or the cats. Thank you to the A team!

James Cargo were extremely helpful and kind through a very stressful situation. Because of a flight cancellation and delays, our original clearing agent for our pet issued a refund because they didn’t work on weekends. We had one day to book a new clearing agent for our dog and James Cargo were super quick, helpful and kind.

We recently used this pet transportation company to bring our two dogs home to London, and the experience was outstanding! Despite a two-hour flight delay, Lisa, the import clerk, was absolutely phenomenal. Excellent service always responding very quickly to emails and keeping us informed at all stages as to what was required. Once the pets arrived in the UK they kept us informed upon customs clearance and also the driver phoned us when leaving giving an estimated time of arrival. Highly recommend their service.

I had no worries about my cats getting back to the UK and was kept informed about their progress. It took away one big stress from my move home from overseas. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service and superb communication!

James Cargo Service team in Manchester were awesome. They picked Maddie up from her flight from JFK to Manchester and delivered her right to our door. Nat was fabulous. Providing us with pictures and commentary on their stops on the drive from Manchester to Fife, Scotland. Can’t speak more highly of them and would have no hesitation recommending them to friends.
