I ordered a watch that wasn’t the right size. I ordered a replacement, which arrived and was good quality, but I decided to return both watches two days after receiving them. I have been chasing them for my refund and haven’t heard anything back.
Total waste of time. Avoid them complete con artists.
Ordered the two tone Emily watch. Contacted the company due to needing extra information on strap length. JDM were quick to respond and very helpful, recommending that when I order I pop a note to them with the order number so they can include some extra links for the watch.
Excellent customer service. Communication was clear. Shipping was fast and the watch is beautiful and wonderful quality. Thank you.
This shambles of a company don’t even deserve a 1 star, there should be an option for 0 stars. I ordered 3 watches which I decided to send back 2 days later after receiving them. I had to chase them for my refund, waiting months, only to hear back from them saying they “only have 1 watch in the box going by the weight” which even my postage supplier have disputed, tell me how 1 watch can weigh 1kg? Customer service is utterly ridiculous, I requested a call on this urgent matter which they explained they are having “connection issues”, I think not- I think they are just total cowards. These people are absolute con artists who still owe me £460. I really wish I read the reviews below before ordering, STEER CLEAR.
Received a different watch than what was shown on the listing. Emailed the company multiple times but no response. Thought buying from the company directly would be better than purchasing from a re-seller but the experience has been very disappointing. Never again!
Just as the other review says. Returned my order and I can see that it has arrived at JdM in Switzerland. But no refund had been done and not able to contact the customer service. They do not answer my mails. Have I been scammed for € 240,00??!
This is a company with NO integrity, they are not honest and have an absolute abysmal customer service. Returned two watches for a refund, was told after several chase ups that the refund was done. However, this was not the case not until legal intervened they admitted the funds had not been refunded. Still waiting for funds or a call from management!! Not at all like the usual Swiss standards. Do not recommend!!!!!
