I have been ordering for a few years with no problems, until my latest order on the 21/03/2026 I ordered a sofa and was given the date to be delivered by the 9/04/2026 it’s not arrived and have no update, I have emailed, called and used live chat and receive different answers, last one on the 9th was that I would receive the sofa within 3-5 working days it’s still not arrived,Today when I contact the chat again it’s the suppliers problem . At this point I’m not sure if it’s even coming.
Just things have changed I’m on universal credit so what I pay will have to stick to it
I was looking for some Chinos and found some on the Jacamo site. They were advertising a 20% discount. I applied the discount code and a message appeared telling the discount code does not apply.
I did not complete the order. I felt I was being conned.
Honestly such a useless company, ordering from.here is such a nightmare, nothing is ever in stock either. Rude customer service and terrible processes will take my money elsewhere
I have had jacamo for a while now and thought it was great until I received emails and texts saying they were raising my credit limit but would do some background checks first to make sure all was OK to do so. After they done checks my credit limit was raised I placed an order for a gift for my sons birthday only to have it canceled the day before it was ment to be delivered without any correspondence only way I found out was when I checked to see when would be delivered I co tasted them and raised a complaint I have had one reply from them I have emailed several times regarding this with copy's of emails and texts about raising limit but still no reply it has been a week now. Completely unsatisfactory customer service. I now have a very unhappy child who isn't getting the birthday gift he has been wanting all year thanks jacamo
I have waited 10 days for a delivery, absolutely useless i will be deleting my account
Jacamo sent my credit order and the awful courier they use EVRi lost it. So Jacamo rightfully refunded the credit, so within an hour of getting the refund back to my credit account I reordered the items and then Jacamo cancelled my order and closed my account without any reason given?
40s trousers labelled right but very very loose and baggy. I kept them as getting desperate since so hard to find anything decent in shops (cheap quality for same money) and lack of changing rooms. Wish I hadn’t and measured them the other day and the waist is about 42-44! Expensive too. Will not use Jacamo again.
I received my first order today or should I say someone else's parcel. The package had 2 full delivery labels on, one with my address on and one with a Belfast address complete with name and account number. I called customer services who arranged collection of the incorrect parcel but could not tell me where my order was. I have to wait 24 hours to see if its delivered then call back if I dont get it. I will be cancelling my account once I get my order.
An absolute appalling Company.
I have a problem for over 3 months and it still hasn’t been resolved.
They promise to get back to me and NOTHING They have cost me money….
Opened accounts with simply be and then jacamo (same parent company).
Made an order with simply be and then the day after delivery they said my credit file had been reviewed and removed my credit limit.
Then with jacamo. Made a couple of orders and a week after they've cut my limit by half which is also happens to be the balance on my account. Made a payment and the limit decreased by that much. So clearly trying to run my account down to 0. But this all came without any notification.
Disgusting service.
I was given credit then had it cancelled. I placed my first order earlier today after I was approved for credit a few days ago. Only to have the order cancelled and credit revoked immediately after. I would have preferred them not to give me credit in the first place. Really time wasting offered no explanation for it.
Took payment for an item they didn't have in stock then took 8 days to return my money

Ordered a jacket to come next day so paid the extra for the next day delivery and it didn't show, have been told that sometimes things aren't able to get to a customer by the next day due to possible delays, only this is a frequent complaint,
Customer service was of no help and kept sending repeated copy paste messages.
I have been trying to return a stretch belt since mon 16th, it is now thurs 19th. I continually get E Mails saying its on its way yet it is still sitting in my porch waiting to be picked up for collection. What a joke this company has become. Has it got too big and impersonal? as it was very good when it first started. This is not the first time I have had a problem with a return with them.
Worst customer services ever, full of broken promises and lies, all down to the fact that their discount codes didn’t work and no automated refund as promised
This company is very unprofessional,first off all I've been approved for a credit limit so after few days I decided to use that credit limit to purchase from their shop ,,JACOMO,, they cancel that order straight away and they remove my credit limit ,I wouldn't recommend to anyone poor service
