we got off to a bad start as i was unsure how anything worked where the games are downloaded etc i have since realised they are kept up in iwin on a platform which i am happy with as it does not clutter up my computer i am a steam customer and have loads of games up there
the other thing when i subscibed to iwin i had no idea what the amount was i paid by paypal for my monthly amount until it went throu but all was okay in the end
but suffice to say after that it went really well i play all manner of games from match three to hog games which they do have in abundance i am having a ball
im glad i found it i love playing the older hog games they are more of a challenge

Paid for the service. Still had to watch adds and have my games interrupted with ads despite paying for "ad free".
Right after paying for my second month the service completely stopped working (kept saying I needed to download game manager despite already having done it and played hours of games, and several attempts to reinstall). Contacted support with nothing other than an auto reply.

Why have the free trial on games dropped from a free hour to 15 minutes not worth trying to see if you are interested enough to buy.

Be careful! Immediately after canceling my subscription (which still had 3 weeks left), I was unable to access my account, my games, or anything else on IWin.com. I wrote to support and am waiting for a response, but I have the feeling they've blocked my IP address to prevent me from accessing their content. Unless they fix this, I'll never subscribe again, so be careful about signing up for anything with them.

Very positive update: Unlikely to the other review Customer support reply to me and seems there is a problem on the site for europeans users... they were working on it and at now resolved the problem for Firefox browser, not yet for Chrome or Edge. So if you've problems too, contact them immediately! But i'm impressed for the fast and attentive support, so i changed my review!

I used to love this site. I've been a user for about 14 years. Suddenly I am having trouble loading any game except daily games.I am so disappointed. I have done everything I can with my phone to fix it, and keep having this problem. Is there a fix? Anyone else have this start in their android phone in January 2025

Great selection of games. Shame that Sunday’s compilers are oddballs with impossible words on unilingo and seven little words. Also a lot of the words in 4 x 4 are nonsense- not dictionary checked. I don’t play Sundays and have found an improved 4 x 4

I have been with them since 2009. They used to be a great company with a great variety of games and frequent new releases. Over the past few years, games other than match 3 or hidden object have been very few and far between, but I stayed loyal in the hopes that things would improve. However, over the past couple of years they have begun claiming that games are new releases when they were actually released (in some cases) a few years ago. The one I verified (from my own PC) today was a game they claimed was a new release on 24th June 2024, but I downloaded it (from their site) on 31st July 2023. Strangely what has made me cancel my subscription today is not the lack of game variety, but the blatant false advertising. Incidentally, I was unable to complete the cancellation survey as it wouldn't allow me to tick any boxes.

I only play the free games because I'm not getting ripped off, after being a longtime Big Fish customer, and reading all the low reviews here. Agreed, no support anywhere, except for a usual idiot "ticket" system that does or doesn't work. Shame too. Seems most of the original gaming platforms with the fun HO games have gone flight since 2020.

I started over 10 years ago as a buy a game a month member. Then they got bought out or some crap and I lost over 30 games I paid for. I switched to all access membership. When I bought a new computer in April 2021 I could not log on with my id or use paypal any more. So I followed the prompts and entered the same e mail I used before but entered my bank information due to no pay pal option. From April 2021 till now (July 2022) I was double billed. When I discovered it this month, they refused to refund the money they had double charged me. ($150) and canceled my membership because I complained. They are thieves and will scam you. They have no phone or address to contact so they can ignore you.

Iwin game are great but, if you have a billing or tech problem there is NO ONE that you can contact, via phone or chat except thru their "portal" and then they don't answer or solve your problems. I am SO frustrated!!!!!!

Takes an age to get things downloaded and working!! Bombarded with adverts an absolute waste of time, totally abysmal, how are they still in business
