Great Experience!
I ordered a certified refurbished Dell 8K monitor, thankfully at a third of the retail price. I've been using it for a while now and as far as I'm concerned it's like I bought it new. The product description on the ITC website was very clear about the graphics card requirements, as they are specific for this monitor. The product arrived next working day before 12pm (an available delivery option at checkout) and was delivered in the original Dell box. ITC also supplied instructions about how to activate the 3 year Dell warranty. All-in-all a great buying experience.

Don't believe everything you read - it seems!
Unfortunately my expensive monitor was delivered with a fault. ITC didnt have a replacement and said I need to contact the manufacturer as it came with a 3yr warranty. Unfortunately the manufacturer flat out refused and said it was ITC's problem. So monitor returned, no refund as of yet and not a great engagement with ITC post sale.

I have read through your order and the support ticket you logged with us.
I can see initially after receiving the faulty monitor we offered 2 options, either to speak to Dell directly with your 3 Year Onsite Warranty or we could offer to exchange the unit. Unfortunately by the time you replied we had sold out of this model so an exchange wasn't possible and after you spoke to Dell they referred you back to us which is incorrect by Dell.
Therefore we offered to collect the unit and to refund in full, the unit was collected by Parcelforce and we received it today 10th June @ 15:42 just before we received your review.
Your full refund has been processed and will take 3 - 5 working days to show on your account depending of which bank you are using. Unfortunately we are not able to process a refund until we have received the item.
Whilst we understand your frustration we do feel that we have acted swiftly and resolved the issue promptly.

Great experience from start to finish.
Came across ITC Sales during my hunt for a specific Dell monitor. After reading some reviews reassuring me that they are good to deal with, I ordered the monitor which came promptly via DPD. I have been using it for 5 months now with no issues. I would definitely use them again.
