Great deal- I’ve ordered countless Dells professionally and some come out with a cast, I think these units are basically the ones that get fixed or tuned.

Fantastic support from the guys at ITC Sales. We're an SME and need help knowing what's realistic when buying laptops and monitors. These guys listened to my needs and were spot on with their suggestions. They even delayed postage to coincide when people were next in the office. Next time we need a new laptop I'll be calling ITC Sales.

Product never delivered. Idiotic contact from sales and requests for review after product returned by delivery agent despite all the issues encountered being documented in their own support system.
