Nightmare
We booked a room with this company via Booking at Verona's River. When we arrived at 23:00 (the company was previously informed about our late arrival) the room was not ready: bed wasn't made, dirty towels on top of the bed, dity bathroom, garbage bins full of rubbish... the room was just as the previous clients left it. We phoned the property, but nobody answered. We tried also via WahatsApp and via Booking Chat, but again without success. So we saw ourselves forced to look for a room for the night in a different place for which we ended up paying more. Italianflats agreed in refunding the price we paid for their room, but at the moment our claim to get the refund for the extra money we had to pay for the second hotel is being ignored, despite this was caused due to their neglicence and lack of service.
