So grateful and happy
Am so grateful to the team here...I have been struggling with some software issues and, at the end of my tether, contacted them for help. I took my Mac in and they spent half an hour with me - exploring, helping, making some practical changes - and also advising me about things to do in the future. Because the underlying issue remains and is to do with the age of my Mac, they didn't even charge me which was astonishing - and I am so grateful.
As someone who struggles with my Mac beyond the basics, it makes a big difference to know there is support there.
There is definitely a new Mac on the horizon and I will be using these guys for that - am just really pleased to have found some local support.
