Even one start is too much

Even one start is too much. This company got a contract for handling some rentals for very big company if to be exact : Nokia tyres . No customer service at all. As bad customer service as in Vinted and now you know how bad! This is in Finland near Tampere. Disgraceful! You outsourcing rentals what you had to ISS for your benefits because you are so big company that crappy customer service don't take you down! I personally think that both you Nokia tyres And ISS should be experiencing some Bud Light ASAP

I worked for ISS for three weeks. During this very short period, I received an email inviting me to a “menopause meeting.” As a new employee who had just started, I found this communication completely inappropriate and intrusive.

I contacted Human Resources to express my discomfort, explaining that I did not think it was acceptable to receive messages about menopause in a new job, as it relates to personal and intimate matters. During this call, the HR representative told me that “I would be going through menopause soon anyway,” since i turn 40 years old recently.

I found this comment deeply disrespectful, unethical. It placed me into a label I never asked for and involved assumptions about my body and health that have no place in a professional environment—especially coming from HR.

Because of this experience, and the mess in the unsafe kitchen I work for. decided to resign. I do not wish to work in a company where Human Resources feels entitled to make personal assumptions about employees’ bodies or life stages.

Aussen Hochglanz – innen zahlen die Mitarbeitenden die Zeche

Nach aussen wirkt das Unternehmen sehr professionell und ueberzeugend. Meine persoenliche Erfahrung war jedoch deutlich ernuechternd.

Aus meiner Sicht liegt der Fokus stark auf Darstellung und Verkauf, waehrend die Umsetzung im Alltag nicht mit den Erwartungen mithalten kann. Ziele und Vorgaben wirkten wiederholt unrealistisch und fuehrten zu konstant hohem Druck, der am Ende vor allem im operativen Bereich ankommt.

Die Mitarbeitenden, die das Tagesgeschaeft tragen, zahlen dabei nach meinem Eindruck die Zeche – nicht nur mit Ueberstunden und Energie, sondern auch mit koerperlicher und psychischer Belastung. Rueckhalt, Anerkennung und nachhaltige Unterstuetzung habe ich nur eingeschraenkt erlebt.

Fuehrungs- und Entscheidungsstrukturen wirkten teilweise weit weg von der operativen Realitaet. Kritische Rueckmeldungen oder Hinweise auf Probleme wurden aus meiner Wahrnehmung nicht konsequent aufgenommen, wodurch sich wenig verbessert und die gleichen Fehler wiederholen.

Insgesamt entstand fuer mich das Bild einer Kultur, die kurzfristig nach aussen glaenzt, intern jedoch Substanz, Motivation und Know-how verbrennt. Diese Bewertung spiegelt ausschliesslich meine persoenliche Erfahrung und Wahrnehmung wider.

Im Umgang mit kritischem Feedback habe ich persoenlich wenig Offenheit erlebt. Wer Kritik aeussert, sollte aus meiner Sicht sorgfaeltig formulieren.

Unhinged

Worked as a Sous Chef under ISS at Daikin in Ghent.

In the first 2 weeks my superior struggled to get a label gun working.

I noticed that service could have benefited from clearer pre-service communication, such as explaining the menu, food quantities, and storage locations, especially when support staff were asked to assist during service.

My contract was stopped because 'someone else living in Ghent from ISS needed a job'.

The worst company ever my first day was a joke no help from management at all expect to charge the van with your own money I was sent to area where alot of racist people no colour people at all management was a joke no help so I left so please anyone who sees a job for iss don’t take it all

WHAT A SHOWER !

I left ISS to relocate to another part of the country Sold my house and moved six months later an E-Mail Pops up in my AOL E-Mail from a Dept Collections Agency chasing me for £62.00 with compliments from ISS they said they over paid me on my final wage payment the ISS Payroll Clowns had my Contact Telephone Number and two E-Mail addresses to contact me on but no those "2 BY 4" Planks in the Payroll Department instead of just e-mailing or phoning me informing me they overpaid me I would have gladly sent the overpayment back no problem no they pass it over to a dept collections agency as soon as the dept collection agency contacted me I made the full payment then I sent the "CLOWNS" in Payroll MY COMPLIMENTS ranging from INCOMPETANT INEFFICIENT USELESS and a few more INSULTS never in my 45 Year working carer has an Employer ever done this to me I have been overpaid in the past all they have done is contact me themselves requesting the money back no problem but this bunch of idiots are a whole new ballgame don't ever work for this SHOWER !!

Ringe kvalitet af maden

ISS leverer mad til kantinen i det firma jeg er ansat i. Kvaliteten af maden i Lyngby er piv ringe - og de fleste dage er der udsolgt af det meste af maden før kl. 12. På kontoret i Aarhus er det en helt anden oplevelse - her er kvaliteten af maden helt i top. På trods af klager til den ansvarlige er der intet sket.

The job is basically waiting hand and foot on other co-workers. Total servility is demanded. Expected to work at three different locations, often in same week.

Overworked due to company's reluctance to employ sufficient staff.

Management poor and show no appreciation for work staff carry out. Some unpleasant and mean minded staff. Which nothing is done about when their attitude brought to management's attention.

Unprofessional

This company is supposed to be responsible for the maintenance of our apartment building and, frankly, they are incompetent and should be fired. The lift, hallways and other common areas are frequently dirty, there was a problem with the lift that was ignored for months, until it finally became serious enough that the lift had to be taken out of service for at least three weeks while the repairs were done. There were some issues in our apartment that needed to be addressed, which were taken care of by external repairmen, but the ISS person who initially came to assess the problems told lies about the condition of our apartment to the building management and accused us of causing the damage and also saying there were odors in the apartment and that it was poorly ventilated -- another lie. This was not only dishonest, but appallingly unprofessional. Is he a maintenance man or a policeman? His concern should be more with the overall state of the apartment building and its cleanliness and less with any cooking odors in our kitchen.

Ich war über 20 Jahre Mieter

Ich war über 20 Jahre Mieter. ISS kündigte mir mit einer Frist von 1 Monat ohne Angabe eines Grundes. Ich musste mich selber an einen Ansprechpartner kümmern der die Fläche zurücknimmt. Noch während der Mietvertrag aktiv war, wurde mir mehrfach die die Möglichkeit genommen meinen Mietbereich zu betreten, da die Zugangskarte gesperrt wurde. Fehlende Information bei Nachfragen, offensichtlich weis die rechte Hand nicht was die linke macht. Ignoranz auf der ganzen Linie. Bei der Flächenrückgabe kam ein äußerst unvorbereiteter Mitarbeiter, der dann auch noch das Übergabedatum zurückdatiert hat. Bin froh mit der Firma nixxxx mehr zu TUN zu haben. Die Reinigung der Allgemeinbereiche (wie Treppenhaus etc.) war sehr schlecht, teilweise wurden stark verschmutzte Türen über 10 Jahre nicht gereinigt.

A farce of a company.

A farce of a company.
I wouldn't work for this outfit if I was paid double. Management is so very poor. Communication to payroll is horrendous. Throughout my time (2 years) I never had access to my pension.
The only thing missing above the door is work will set you free. The place is run like a concentration camp.

I was overpaid as I started the job. I couldn't get any information as to where to pay it back.
Finally managed to get the money paid back.
Then when I left they took that money AGAIN from my last pay cheque. over 2k. How they can get away with that is beyond me. No apology. No reasoning.
A complete mess of a company, incompetent management, nasty people. If you can avoid I'd recommend swerving this lot.

Quite frankly the worst company I have…

Quite frankly the worst company I have ever had to deal with! Communication was shocking, resigned after my first day, funnily enough the manager was prompt on communicating after I resigned! Manager did the classic textbook deflection and blamed me after I raised numerous red flags, not a good look if you’re trying to impress a new member of staff… do better ISS
