Very terrible experience
I was scammed. I agreed and paid for 13 days for a car in February 2026. Arranged it months before. Send the dates three times and discussed it with Stephanie at the Montego bay branch a number of times. Stephanie charged me $46.00 per day. A month later she contacted me and said its $56 US. Upon my arrival I was given a different car which I had to return about two hours after collection. They changed it and at the end of the 13 days I returned and was told that it was only 10 days and I have to pay an extra $248 US. They put in the small print 10 days and get me to initial the small print.
They then made up a new agreement based upon the 13 days and and charged me $76.00 per day. I requested to speak to Stephanie and was told she is not at work. I ask to call her but they refused. When I got back to the hotel I called her for the next three days and send her messages as I was given her mobile the year before when I book with them but got no reply. Upon my return home and requested to speaj to a manager but was denied. I got through to the complaint team and messaged them many times explaining the situation. I ask them to look back three week back in early February to see what the car was advertised for, showed my paper work, explain that the year before I booked a car for 13 days as I were on a business trip for 14 days similar to the previous year but they still refused to refund my money which they took our of my deposit. They agreed to give me back one day money to which I refused. I said I am happy for them to take one day for me initialling the small print but I never heard from them again. I lost my $248.00 US. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are ripping people off.
