I arrived at my appointment and was greeted by Mohammed who was the technician for the day! He was extremely personable, very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease straight away. I cannot fault the service I was given! I would highly recommend this business and would not hesitate to contact them again if I have any issues!

Chose the correct model . The price was displayed clear and reasonable. I chose the date and time I wanted. I dropped it off and returned after I had done a gym class.

I booked online for a new screen. I Arrived at iPhone fixed, simply told the man what had happened which was my screen had gone black. He took my phone, told me it would cost £85 which was cheaper than the website said - very happy. He then told me it would take 30 mins to sort and I picked it up once it was done and received a new screen protector too. So easy and really good service. Screen looked great and it was the cheapest I’ve found round cardiff. Perfect service.

Rear glass fixed ok, ready at time promised. Bit disappointed though, mark left top left hand side of front main (not glass) screen.

Made an appointment and travelled across town, but the shop was closed. Left a message but never heard back.

Does what it says on the tin. Booked appointment online, turned up, had helpful advice, went for a coffee while the engineer fixed the phone (£100 cheaper than the quote we had from the Apple store) and half an hour later went back to get the phone. Job done.

Absolutely excellent! Took my daughters iPhone 7 to get a new screen and battery both were done even though they ran out of batteries and they came as I was about to leave….10 mins later done!! Friendly and professional would highly recommend!!

Always used iPhonefixed as they were excellent, but don't know what's happened to them after latest experience, will never use them again. Recently sent them iPhone 6s for main front camera repair, received phone back not repaired with same fault on camera and I have messaged them twice with the problem but no reply. The phone was returned by a different named company. What a waste of £35.99.
