Quick shipping and quality stickers so can’t complain

Great communication throughout the process. Customer service were incredibly helpful when I had issues with a local fitter that I hadn’t used before. Can’t fault Invisiframe at all.

The kit was good quality and a nice tidy fit.

What a truly amazing ppf kit even for an amateur like me it was reasonably easy to fit and the communication for the lady’s was second to none keep up the good work.

I have yet to use the kit. It has just arrived in the post.
I’m decidedly unimpressed to see the packaging advertising on the outside what’s in it.
Anyone who knows what it is can see my address and assume there’s a spanking new bike in my garage. Let’s hope there are no scum bags working for the postal service.

I’ve purchased number of invisiFRAME products since buying my new SCOTT PATRON. I obviously wanted to wrap the frame from new. A lot of people recommended I check out the bespoke IF kits for my bike.

I couldn’t find a LBS that would fit the frame wrap, so a few YouTube tutorials later I decided to just get stuck in and fit the wrap myself. And I’m so glad I did! I bought the FOX 38 fork protection kit at the same time, and set aside a weekend to fit both kits.

Result? A total amateur with no experience in doing anything like this fitted both wraps perfectly. Be patient, take your time and don’t panic! You’ll find that the IF kit sections will fit just-so.

My Fox Factory 38’s are the ‘Stealth Black’ edition units. So stealthy that the decals are pretty much invisible!

After being misled into buying what I believed were licensed FOX decals by online sellers on Amazon etc, I discovered that IF DO sell the real deal, licensed by FOX decals.

I wanted to modify the colours however. Not a problem…..the invisiFRAME team actually called me to discuss exactly what I wanted and worked with my ideas and produced what I can only describe as perfection!

Don’t bother wasting your time going anywhere else! These guys are the BEST!

I ordered custom frame and fork decals from Invisframe, they arrived this morning and I couldn't be happier.
The service was very quick - ordered Monday lunchtime, contacted to provide details on the custom colourway that afternoon, and they're here and fitted to my bike by Friday morning.
The decal quality is great, the cost was very reasonable, they fitted nicely, and Invisiframe were easy to deal with.
I'd 100% use them again based on this experience.

Order was easy. Invisiframe had been my trusted protection for all the bikes i own all these years. Installation needs bit of patience but the end product will never disappoint me. Very pleased with my kit and decals. Ordered the frame protection, fork protection, frame and fork decal kits for my Amflow Carbon. Impressed with the fit and easy application. Its worth watching the installation guide online. Also, the staff at Invisiframe were awesome to deal with as I struggled to ascertain the correct kit for my forks and rear shock. Kudos to Nathan, Sarah and Megan for getting this sorted.

I had overcharging fees problems with customs using DHL. So I wasn’t willing to pay for that amount of money they were asking around 80% of total value. The package was Finally returned to DHL and supposedly destroyed. So I talked to Invisiframe customer support and without hesitate they agreed to send me another package using another shipping company. Now I have my package didn’t pay anything extra either in customs or for the product replacement and shipping . I’m Very happy with this company and their customer service.

My bike wasn’t listed but they replied to my email promptly and told me which model to select that would work. I also asked if they could add a little more pink/purple/teal to the image and they did. Turned out perfect!

I exchanged a few emails with Nathan Franklin to have him make a custom YETI sticker for my bike and it turned out perfect. Exactly how I imagined I wanted it.

I had tried applying another product on a Santa Cruz Blur in matte carbon and it just wouldn’t stick. Tried reaching out to this manufacturer but got zero help and minimal response so decided to look elsewhere. InvisiFRAME answered me within minutes, gave great advice and could not have been more helpful. Package arrived 4 days after dispatch (remarkable given we are at opposite ends of the world) and the kit was a dream to apply! Cannot speak highly enough of the product, the service and most importantly…the people! Thanks team

I applied invisiFRAME on my Santa Cruz blur Carbon. It fits well and sticks very strong after an two step cleaning with special degreaser first, normally used for painting preparation, followed by the isopropanol wipes, delivered together the kit (for sure the most important step). Smoothing out the film works better when using the fingers and the blue, lint-free cloth instead of the squeegee.
In total it lasted six hours but I did it the first time. So allow sufficient time ;-)

Just to let you know Invisiframe are the best out there for any MTB protection required. Lee & his team were fantastic in supporting me in a new design & fitment for my Transition Regulator eMTB. WOW what a transformation & very sleek design with meticulous craftsmanship applied to frame & forks. Well done Invisiframe UK you have exceeded my expectations. Ordered decals and Nathan called me to check requirements. He suggested a few amendments and I'm pleased to say I listened. Excellent colour match to factory decals and Nathan also assisted me with some bespoke details.
From order to postie took 72hrs

Don't go anywhere else ...5 star+ for me and I have since placed another 2 orders because I know they decals will be done right.

I previously fitted an invisiframe kit for my P Line Brompton last year and the kit has been amazing.

So a week ago, I contacted Invisiframe to see if they had kit a kit for my new Brompton G line. They (Sarah & Lee) were quick to replay and advised that they did not have a kit but I could make a custom kit free of charge if shipped my bike to them. I took their offer up and shipped my bike. Unfortunately, my bike’s paintwork is super anodised which makes film not adhere properly so they have been unable to make a customised kit.

Despite this not working out. I cannot fault Invisiframe’s amazing service and products.

If I could give Invisiframe 10 stars I would. Having been in business for a great many years, I can count on one hand the number of businesses that go ‘above & beyond’, but Invisiframe has got it right. I mailed them ref the new Specialized Levo 4, Megan responded promptly & unexpectedly they had already produced a kit. Delivered the next day. After deliberating & watching the video, I decided to have a go. Following instructions, with patience, it turned out brilliantly.
Mailed them that I needed a top tube section, as I messed it up & it arrived ‘free of charge’, the next day.
