I thoroughly enjoyed the LSS Green Belt course. Although there was a minor technical issue at the start, possibly due to the time difference, Mr. Priyadarshi Saha quickly made up for the lost time and went above and beyond to make this interesting, sometimes challenging course engaging and accessible. With an MBA background, I recognised several familiar concepts, which helped me connect with the material. I highly commend Mr. Saha for his exceptional knowledge, patience, and passion for the subject. The excellent teaching aids provided also helped deepen my understanding, for which I am very grateful.

The training was informative and engaging, helping me understand the fundamentals of project management more clearly. The practical examples and activities made the concepts easy to follow and relevant to my daily work. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience that gave me greater confidence in planning and managing projects.

The instructor did a great job communicating the materials and making assessable to people in the class. The material was a little repetitive but provided good coverage of risk identification and risk management.

Invensis was flexible in the schedule of the training and very helpful when requested to change the trainer and the way the knowledge was transfered. They have provided training materials as well as access to a testing portal.

My instructor/professor Urmimala Sinha was extremely knowledgeable and provided practical examples to empower me to think beyond the book. Being able to apply my learning to my business projects is invaluable. Certainly, we now will be able to vet new project members even better in a more sophisticated manner, take on new mission-critical projects, and generate more revenue with larger margins. We will bring more value and more efficient in critically reviewing processes and quality with a different lens...a new level of expertise. The impact on our team and clients will be immense! Urmimala's calm, but accountable demeanor helped ensure the learning stayed on track while being conscious of explaining how to pass the exam due to the familiarity with the structure. Just memorizing a book is not what's important, all of the details from start to finish are important in real life to make outstanding positive differences and have a sustainable project. Ultimately, we will be signing off on a project with pride that all was achieved and left in our clients hands with confidence that it will continue prospering.

It was a good training, intense five days reviewed a lot of college methodology and terms, like that it was remote…maybe offer one that lasts two weeks
