Invanto 

Invanto promised a lot early on however promised features were removed and customer service was embarrassingly bad. Even if Invanto products develop well, a change in ownership/management would be needed to ensure its success.

I bought their lifetime subscription offer at Appsumo. All future updates were included. Then they started asking for more money to get already bought apps. The mails asking for more money kept coming. Then they cancelled the lifetime deal and asked for monthly fees. Don’t trust this company. They are scammers.

I signed up for a lifetime account in Appsumo and then paid them more money when they aked for it.
But now I am unable to login on my account if I do not go with a monthly subscription with them.
I would rate them 0 if it's possible.

The owner Deep is way out of his depth. Started out with a highly promising block of clay (financed with my money) then fashioned it into a t urd. Invanto is supposed to be an education platform, give them your money and you will get an education of a different kind.

I bought the LTD appsumo deal and all of a sudden I get an email from them saying I can't use the site unless I pay a $20 monthly fee...totally uncalled for. Not a good way to treat clients

A Thousand Dollar Mistake
I admit that I threw good money after bad, repeatedly. But I wanted to support them - that's what LTDs are all about.
In 2017, I got an inexpensive LTD with some limitations. They ran into issues, I chose not to refund.
Next, they started to remove functionality and then put them behind monthly recurring individual fees. You had a fee for webhooks, a fee for connecting your autoresponders, a fee for payment integration... literally they broke up their 'all in one' product and tried to make you pay for everything on subscription, individually - even if you were already paying monthly.
Users were upset, so they came out with a 'new LTD upgrade' to include these services, without a monthly fee. Fine. Upgrade was MORE expensive based on if you already had an LTD. If I opened a new account, I could get the LTD for cheaper. If I have an account, it was almost 3x the price. I ponied up the higher price. They likely knew I didn't or couldn't switch over all my classes and students.
I considered this might be their last LTD push, as the prices were increasing. I bought a few lower priced $150ish LTDs for a friend and a family member as gifts. Good money after bad....

Next issue - their deal pages started disappearing and you didn't have any way to see what your 'plan' included anymore. I started taking screenshots / printing deal pages at this point.

Finally, they come up with something that 'everyone had been asking about' and that was a way to purchase a white label agency. I could be my own Invanto and sell schools to people. Turns out after the fact, that I would need to pay $99 a month for every school I sold. The price was the same if not higher than Invanto - making me a poorly priced out competitor. Useless. If I wanted to set up free schools through the account? They would wave a couple of the fees. That's it.

When the payment issues started happening, I didn't have time for or the patience for payment security issues and bad support. I switched my entire school away from them in a week, I actually switched completely away from them before their support ever even responded. And they didn't respond with an answer. They told me - those people had canceled payments and I needed to know that that would happen as a business owner. My entire school canceled payments? When my stripe was showing error logs that were saying they were refusing to process payments because they were no longer supporting the code because it was insecure?
I told them exactly that, as politely as I could, and that their entire platform was not accepting payments. A warning sign - for them and me - about their bad business. About a month later, they revealed 'new improvements and upgrades to stripe integrations'...
Looking back, I should have immediately cancelled or did a chargeback for any and all payments to them. But I sympathize with tech startups and their struggle. But now - now I have no sympathy remaining because it has evolved into a complete breakdown of business practices.
I had wanted to log into my old account and reference some past financial records of students - but all aspects of the accounts are locked. You log in and you only get a paywall. You can't access any content, any records, any settings, you can't disconnect integrations, you literally only get an aggressive prompt to pay up - or your account will be deleted.
Their facebook group has a long rant post from the owner about how they have known they were unsustainable for the past couple of years and they are 'defeated'. That everyday the owner wants to basically close the business and be done with it. More than a sob story, the owner's post probably reveals more than he meant to - in that he is ready to close it out and thinks it's an insolvable problem.
In my opinion, this is a cash grab before they close.

I full expect this business will 'go out of business' and take whatever money they can get from people and close up shop and 'disappear', reappearing under another name. Apparently, they've done this before. Tragic.

It's a form of extortion to hold our content, records, and access behind a paywall and threaten eminent deletion. Also, I didn't get any email notice about this. I found out by randomly logging in...
It has been a very expensive lesson.
I'm relieved I moved my classes over in January. Others... are not so lucky. They'll be forced to pay the extortion. My guess is - they will only pay it to be able to leave. Don't expect this business to stick around - It's a dumpster fire.

Another critical review.
I've been an early Invanto supporter since 2017 and stopped using the software due to lot of problems. On August 8th, 2020, I receive an email from Invanto with the "Best offer ever. Simply put, this is our best offer ever, and it’s going to be available only for next FIVE DAYS."

Only one month later they cancel the lifetime subscription to force users to pay the subscription, the same price as a new user.

This company will not last much, so be aware and invest your money somewhere else.

Terrible company and product

I purchased this product on a "lifetime deal" through Appsumo - and what happens? Invanto is now demanding $20 a month for "upgrades" or they will prevent me from making any changes to already existing sites (or creating new ones).

That said, I'd trade all that for my original purchase price back because the platform is garbage - hard to use, clunky, buggy, and with zero support. There are a few different options for a membership site for example - I wanted to use one of them, but I wanted to make people log in - there was no way to force a log in if I wanted to use one of the templates - all of my content would be open to anybody. Using the other template wasn't an option because it was so amateur looking that nobody would pay for the site.

Multiple emails to the support team resulted in ... NO HELP at all, so I abandoned the project.

All in all, this is the worst purchase I ever made on AppSumo and I got no use out of it. Sleazy business practices and zero support make it even worse.

AVOID!!

I bought their lifetime deal for 99$ (no monthly fees). Then they messaged me that i will have to pay monthly 20$ else they will shut down my account. They ate my money. Deep Arorra is the owner of this scam company He is based in India. After i messaged him on social media he instantly blocked me.

Invanto just sent me an email telling me I must start paying monthly on a lifetime deal. Forcing customers that supported your business to start paying monthly to continue using something that was already paid for is the worst thing a company can do. There is NO trust now. I'm moving all my assets to getgroovefunnels.com. Lifetime membership with no bs. Good luck invanto and goodbye.

Very untrustworthy. Avoid.

One of the worst Support system. Very slow response and lots of important features are missing. Server speed also sucks. Don't go for it. Lots of other options are available in the market like Thinkific and Teachable.
I won't recommend it anymore.

CONS: the worst customer service. think of when you need to solve a problem to understand the software that they created & now you have done quite a lot of uploading & yes the reviews are as true as your head them...the UI is extremely confusing & they take an unknown amount of time to reply & when they do....its vague & there is nothing that they actually help answer. if you wan to solve a conflict quickly i feel that you should go buy another SAAS provider as a business suffers without any income waiting for a single reply for a question. Imagine you have so many questions & they say they will typically reply within a day....hah! i waited for a week with 30 over questions which day to day i had more question as i was playing around and wasted time trying to figure out ONE thing, their system is overly confusing & utterly rubbish at replying to customers. I don't usually leave any reviews but this needs to happen to let potential customers like me know to go to other provider not invanto. you ned up paying with your time for the small money that you think is cheap. The owner Veethi is also the main problem, once you pay into the software she will reply to you newly, but once you start having question after questions....she gone & "someone else" starts replying, it's actually her taking her alias to reply but really in a useless way that you wish you didn't make the effort to buy into the software. Im sick of waiting for them to reply to me so now i will make sure i leave a review that they direly been asking for.

This company really needs to work on their products. Their unprofessional and unresponsive to costumers concerns. If your thinking your getting a thinkific or teachable.com service, think again. Remember it's the customer that helps to build a company reputation. And this company has poor service.

Invanto has a great promise of being an all-in-one platform to run an online business specializing in digital content. Sales pitch is great, product screenshots are great. But run away. Fast

The founder, Deep, is a manipulative individual who deletes all criticism. He blocks everyone on the facebook group who says anything negative about the product, and removes you if you point this out.

I tried to run an online school, but I could never get the software to do what it says it can. Integrating between apps is very difficult, and I think it actually might be impossible in certain circumstances. The look and feel of the product is prototype-y, and I don't think it actually has all the functionality. If it does (and I really doubt this), the UI is extremely unclear.

Beyond the product, I think Deep might be scamming people. The deals he offers change once he's received payment, and I heard he has a history of doing this at other tech startups. Trust me, just use teachable, clickfunnels, literally anything else.

It might seem alluring to pay <50 USD for a lifetime deal, but I've lost weeks of work in this platform. Trust me, just use a cheap pricing option on an established platform and run a business that actually functions.

I am warning you, fellas. Beware of this so-called Lifetime Deal or Software company; these guys are scammers and thieves. I purchased a $249 lifetime deal of ConvertoBot and, as per their misleading so-called fake policy, promised a full refund if the product was not up to the mark or I wanted to return it for any reason; long story short, I requested a refund just after two days of buying/testing the ConvertoBot, but... Wait... by now, you must be thinking they might have refused to return; well, that's not the case, but what happened is that these scammers never replied to my emails, and your surprise, never did till this day; it's been almost two months. Soon, I will be uploading the proofs on my blog, their Google review page, G2, and Quora, and my fellow developers will post every online community to expose them. I have all the evidence available if anyone wants to see/use/share it on their site or blog, I would be happy to share; ping me.

Amazing Experience. Easy to use and customer support is amazing and quick to respond.

I have been experimenting with Invanto for some weeks now and I am pleasantly surprised at the hidden gems of useful features that I keep on discovering each day, ... and with more apps coming onto the platform, this can only get better!

I'm just newbee with Invanto, but... It looks exactly what I needed. I've bought 5 Agency deals to stack.
Invanto support is great. I wonder if they (Veethi especially) ever sleep. My every question was answered in 2-3 minutes.
Love it.
