In general, my experience with Intelligent Office has been very positive. It's a great value for a virtual office and meeting place. They've always been quick to answer questions and getting them on the phone has never been problem. The only gripe I have is with the $15 increase in my monthly rate with new management - that represents a 25% hike, but it's still a good value and I did expect an increase at some point.

Very happy with the facilities and all of the staff are top notch. Staff are so helpful and friendly.

great staff. The staff that answers the phone is very professional and kind. I have received very nice compliments from my customers about the "front desk". It would be a 5 star if I would receive more qualified information about a customer when the call was transferred and also if there weren't surprise charges for things we didn't know about at the end of the month. Other than that, we are quite pleased.
