Easy to order, arrived on time and helpful driver. I would use this again- really good service.

This company takes your money and fails to deliver. They ignore your email. Don’t touch them

Nightmare from start to finish. Dont trust them! Be aware that they wont guarantee any delivery time/day and also wont guarantee they will send forklift to offload!!!!! what a joke! My advice is order direct from SIG directly - they will match the prices, guarantee delivery slot and forklift arranged.

Ordered almost 100 sheets of mixed plasterboard. Emailed to request a particular day and time of delivery. Was told the day was fine and an AM delivery slot had been requested (nothing to insinuate this wouldn't happen). Was given the number for the parent company (SIG) to confirm delivery and was told no AM delivery had been requested but they would do this and also told me it would be first delivery of the day. As such I arrange for 4 tackers to be onsite.

Delivery didnt turn up! after loads of calls it arrived at 10am WITHOUT a forklift. Myself and the poor driver had to unload by hand as they told me that if I didnt take the delivery now they would take it away and it would be almost a week before they could delivery again. This would have cost me a small fortune due to all the trades I would need to cancel, left me no option but to unload by hand.

I ordered 2 aqua boards from Wickes only to be called and told their stock count was wrong and they couldn't deliver. I checked around and tried to order from others with no luck. Insulation Express however really came through for me! Danny was an absolute star in particular. Checking stock locally and bringing forward my delivery by a day to ensure I could get the job done. Highly recommend.

Let me down on an order, they only emailed the day before to say it's not going to arrive. Too late for me to organise work elsewhere, a lost days money for me and another day for me to wait for it to arrive, I've asked for a Directors email address to complain and look for reimbursement of my lost days money.

Good price, efficient delivery with real time tracking from SIG. Would recommend this company.

I needed to buy roof insulation for a new flat roof. They had a very good range of materials and free delivery over a certain amount. prices were market comparable.
Due to an item out of stock in my local depot suggested an alternative that saved me over £50.
Had to move delivery date, very helpful, and arrived on time. Delivery driver was very helpful, and I emailed company to ensure he got recognised. Overall 100% happy with this supplier and would use again and recommend.

Ordered last week, picked the required delivery date and hey presto !! Had and delivered exactly what I wanted when I wanted and kept me informed throughout. Very good service and I will be using Insulation Express again for sure.

Waited a week for delivery
I ordered 7 recticel insulation boards and they delivered 7 celotex
I ordered 8 knauf sheets of plaster board they delivered 1 sheet of another brand and they have taken all day to contact me after I have phoned them twice to find out what they are going to do about it and I have just received an email saying I have to wait till next week to get the remainder of the wrong sheets delivered (and I am not to phone them only contact them through email now ) guy doesn't like getting told how rubbish the service is on the phone !if you cannot deliver the brand I ordered why sell me it in the first place it should say out of stock !

Very helpful member of staff when I phoned. Was able to select a delivery date that suits us. Arrived on the day with a friendly driver. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Insulation Express. I had a moth infestation and had to replace all of my insulation. The pest control company recommended which insulation to get but I managed to over order. I was worried about what to do with 13 leftover rolls but I spoke to Daniel at Insulation Express and be couldn’t have been more helpful. They picked it up the following week. Great service and a particular shout out to Daniel who helped walk me through the process.

I can't recommend Insulation Express enough. I have dealt with Danny who has been so helpful and got us out a tricky moment. He has been brilliant and always responding immediately to emails. Really excellent and we will definitely be using them again.

Went to insulation express as they allowed you to specify the make of insulation board (Celotex) required. Other companies specified many makes but state they cannot guarantee what is delivered. Shortly after placing my order, I received an email stating that the depot near me does not stock Celotex and as such a replacement make would be provided. Needless to say, I promptly contacted them and cancelled my order.

Huge range of products at the best price I could find combined with a great delivery. Delivery truck includes a forklift to make life really easy. Items arrived in perfect condition. Use this company with confidence.
