Easy to use, just confusing when in another country
Currently we are in Panama and my sons game was created within Panama, the only problem, i have a canadian credit card. We thought we would be able to use it and it turns out that we cant!! Hopeless and looking for someway to obtain help frok company.
overall, service was excellent and would definetly recommend, we just had a hiccup ourselves.

I paid 20.99£ for a code when i received it, It says has been used for someone. The support staff didn't help me or contact me when I emailed so I am thinking of contacting trading standards.

Untrustworthy and unresponsive
I bought 2 Steam gift cards. I immediately redeemed them, but one said it had already been redeemed. I requested a refund. After 24 hours I still hadn't gotten so much as an automated response, but I did get a request to rate my experience. So, one star. I don't trust this site our company, and they owe me money.

Got Scammed..
I bought a $5 Steam wallet code, and it was already redeemed. I even got proof of it being redeemed by someone else and not me and I asked support for help, and they said we'll get back to you after like 5 hours. Then over 1 day passes when they say that and no response, why would you even scam $10? Whats even the point?
